12.15.06 - New message from Linda: "Hi, See Spot Run is back and they are GONNA GETCHA. A new single called, you guessed it, "Gonna Getcha" will be released in early February. A new album will be released in May. There will be appearances starting this coming winter and culminating in a summer cross-Canada tour. Stay tuned. This new CD is tough and exciting. In a word, It ROCKS !!! Chris, Randy, Dave and Aaron are looking forward to seeing you all in 2007. There will be specials, giveaways and lots of news." 10.02.06- There hasn't been much to report the last couple months, the guys have been busy recording new tunes to complete the new album for next year. On myspace, a new bio was posted to keep everybody informed. "See Spot Run is an exceptional live band with world class songs. They went top 10 with their indie hit "Weightless". See Spot Run won the Canadian Radio Music Awards "Breakthrough" Award for "Most Airplay for a New Artist". The band's third CD will be out in Spring 2007..... See Spot Run is Canada's first indie rock band to break the top 10. They have had 2 albums out "Ten Stories High" and "Weightless" with distribution on Universal Music. Also, they have had limited release of "Weightless" in the USA and Australia.... The band started in Montreal, Quebec and later moved to Toronto. See Spot Run have released a number of their singles in French with great success. The french version of "Weightless" (Decoller) reached #1 in the province of Quebec.... They have toured extensively and really hit their stride on stage. The band puts on a great show with humour, energy and fine musicianship.
