SSR has received some impressive honours from the industry such as The Canadian Broadcasters "Breakout Single Of The Year" award and The Wire Magazine's Concert of the Year Award.

**March 2, 2002 - See Spot Run had been asked to present the "Breakout Song of The Year Award" at the Canadian Association of Broadcasters / FACTOR luncheon at Canada Music Week. The band was introduced by Rick Mercer. SSR presented the award to best new country award to the "Ennis Sisters" from Newfoundland.

**October 12, 2001 - SSR presented an award at the N.O.T.A.(North of Toronto Area) awards in Barrie, ON.

**March 2000 - Wire Magazine awarded SSR the "Concert Of The Year" award. This was an important award for the band as it was voted in by the public.

**March 4, 2000 - During Canadian Music Week (April 2000) SSR received the "Factor Breakthrough Award" known for their hit "Terrified" for the most radio airplay by a new artist. The award was given out in recognition of the band's success at having their songs played on radio stations across the country.

**October 18, 1999 - See Spot Run received a plaque from Broadcast Data Systems for being the highest charting indie band in Canadian history. Weightless is # 81 all time on Canadian Rock Radio.
