Hotrate pays you to write opinions about websites and add websites to their directory. They have no limit on how many opinions or sites you can add, so the sky's the limit. Earn .02 for each opinion and .03 for each site added. Also, as you add more opinions and sites you will be given more things you can do to get paid. 4 levels of referrals, 50% of earnings on first level. Also, they reward the the user who has the most referrals, most opinions, and most sites added each month.
