Beer Review: Scottish Ale
An amazing 6.2% ale from Princeton’s renowned Triumph Brewing Company. This heavy, hand-pumped beauty sports a fire-roasted flavor and an exceptionally malty aftertaste, which complimented a blood-red burger. While the Ivy-Leagued denizens of this immaculate dungeon curled cosmopolitans, I could not help but feel a bit barbaric with my raw meat and ale. If you ever pass through Princeton, I would recommend stopping at Triumph and trying this beverage. -- Dopplebock
