Beer Review: Honeymoon Braggot
This 10.7% true mead beast, ostensibly named after a tradition involving newlyweds, is fermented with raw honey and quickly cultivates a thick and fruity taste that you will feel down to your toes. A real sipping mead, the Honeymoon Braggot is a rare find which could redefine the market on microbreweries and quality mead. This nectar of the gods could bind any pact if sipped, or seal any fate if guzzled. This is to be enjoyed over the course of an hour, like a fine 50-ring gauge cigar on a summer afternoon. Triumph apparently has close ties with local honey producers, which also supplies the honey for their renowned Honey Wheat, which is filtered with seaweed. An amazing find. -- Dopplebock
