Beer Review: Honey Wheat
Although Triumph’s Honey Wheat is one of their more renowned beverages, I do not enjoy it as much as the Pale Ale or a few others. It is their lightest selection. It tasted similar to a well-filtered Japanese beer with its crisp matly flavor. This could be due to the extensive filtering process using seaweed, which you cannot taste. This beverage is made with lots of local wildflower honey, which gives it a thicker body, but I found its flavor lacking a punch. It isn’t in the same league as their Honeymoon Braggot, but I have a few friends who would enjoy it. -- Dopplebock
