Beer Review: Redhook Hefe-Weizen

My first choice of the night had to be this wheat beer! I was rather surprised to see it on the server's beer list, but who am I to argue with the restaurant's choice of beers on tap? I was happy, eh! Definitely a hefe-weizen -- the color & consistency left no doubt as to this fact --, the crisp, medium-to-light body on this brew had a good taste. With no 'bite' to speak of and a definite wheat / hefe- taste to it, this Redhook offering went well with the wings I was eating. It made me want to try other Redhook offerings.
