Beer Review: Goose Island Honker's Ale
Medium in both color and body, this beer, Goose Island's flagship brew, possessed no hops or fruit notes on the aroma. My first selection in the Goose Island Pub Pack (containing 2 bottles each of 6 different Goose Island beers), this pale had a slight sharpness at the end of the taste. There was an extremely slight something (hops? fruit?) on the taste. Overall, a decent brew. -- Brewmeister G
