The Fighting Proposition:
To move to a direction should take up a part of your turn, attacking should take up another part, and excetera, and the reff should say what happens and stuff befor you can say an attack again.... heres an example
A17- **powers up**
trunks- **kamehamea**
Reff- Android powers up and his hurt by trunks power up
a17**Punches to face**
trunks **kicks to gut
Reff- Trunks kicks but android countered with a punch....
Note another thing, a weaker mover SHOULD be landed if a larger move is thorwn its common sense

The higher the move the more powerful, but slower. but , you can say , well then just use weak but quick moves , heres how u solve that.
3 beats 1
5 beats 3
7 beats 5
9 beats 7
4 beats 2
6 beats 4
8 beats 6
10 beats any 5 numbers (you should make certain finishers beat certain numbers) This Make fighting more sensible...
example:
1- **kamehamea 7**
2-**bebitakeover 8**
reff- 1 hits a kamehamea
