What if Goku had not stopped Krillen from killing Vegeta on Earth . . . ?

• Well for one thing we all know that Trunks would not have been born. But enough with the obvious . . .
• In the ever so minute chance that Krillen and Gohan would have made it past Zarbon, Dodoria, and Kui (henchmen killed by a certain arrogant sayian) they would have been picked off by the Ginyu Force for sure. Even if Nail stepped in to help, the combined efforts of Jisu and Baata would have been to much. And don't even think that Goku's arrival would have made a differance. Who allowed Son to use the healing chamber after his fight with the Captain, hmm? . . .

What if Goku had taken his heart medicine in time . . . ?

• Despite the ki absorbing capabilities of androids 19 and 20, Goku would have had enough skill to defeat them both. Besides . . . he had not only the power of the senzu beans, but also Piccolo and Tenshinhan (who even gave Cell's second form a hard time) to back him up . . .
• Vegeta would have arrived on the scene eager to test his new powers. Without the androids around, he would have challenged Goku to a fight. Even though he outgunned Son in terms of seer ki power, the spirit of the Earth sayian would have prevailed. Vegeta would lose the fight, but of course, not his life . . .
• Remember Cell? Furious at the absence of the androids, Cell would have done one of two things. One: He would have hunted down the Z senshi and killed as many as possible (perhaps even all of them) leaving him free to search for the organic androids. Two: Remembering his origins and seeing that Gero is dead, Cell might well have went back to the lab and activated the two androids. The only way he could have absorbed them both, however, would have been one at a time. Together, 17 and 18 had enough power to beat him. (Cell had trouble with Piccolo and then Piccolo had trouble with just 17 alone. Cell absorbed many more humans before he faught 17, too) . . .

What if Cell regurtitated android 17 , too . . . ?

• Not too much. With Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks, and Vegeta now being stronger that the androids, any violence he might attempt would be shortlived.
