09/23/03 - Raziel here, with some answers to questions about the tournament. First of all, you can view the tournament page HERE. Join forms for the tournament will be accepted until 12 a.m. on Monday, October 6th. After join forms are closed, we will take five days to prepare the brackets and trees. On the following Friday, battles are expected to begin. Take note: The stats that you send in, are the stats that will be put up on the tournament page. So, to the two people who sent in their forms already (Lothar and Renzenko I think), you can re-send your forms at a later time. If you have any questions about the tournament as it's being set up, you can ask me. Until then, keep sparring and checking the forums.

09/22/03 - I, on behalf of the staff would like to announce the next Power Advantage tournamnets. To sign up email: patourney@yahoo.com, the fee is a meer 150 credits for singles, 200 total for a team (include how the fee is split in your e-mail), and 100 for the Battle Royale. When you send your name, we would also like to have your stats too, these will be the ones you use for the tournament. We don't expect this to span for an incredibly long period of time (due to my lack of a life, I could supervise this myself). For now though, just send your emails here and we will make a list, and start making the brackets. More will come later.
NOTE: There have been changes made to the post, there was a mix up on entry fees and such amongst the staff. I apologize for the troubles I may have caused, but hey, give me a break... it was four in the morning!

09/15/03 - As you all may have noticed, for some odd reason the mouseover cascading menu is no longer working. Unfortunatley, none of the staff possess Lander's java skills, so until the problem is fixed, I would suggest that you all use the handy, yet always forgotten 'Frame-List' button underneath the menu. Until the menus are working this will be your best way to view the site. I apologize for the inconvience and I assure you, that in time, this problem will be taken care of ASAP. Keep training, posting in the forums, etc. Thank you.

09/14/03 - With 250,000 hits drawing near, I've decided to give a quick reminder to those of you who do not know of this custom, or have forgotten about it. Following in Landers footsteps I've decided that I will reward credits to those of you who can get me a screenshot of a PA page with 249,998 - 250,002 hits. Now that means, I will award 300-400 credits to the one member who sends me a screenshot (via e-mail or direct connection on AIM) of the whole page with exactly 250,000 hits. As a consolation to those of you who 'just missed' the 250k hit, I'll award 100-300 easy credits to those of you who send me a screenshot with the counter within 2 of 250k. Only one e-mail per member. I give best of luck in this little game and if anything else is coming up to celebrate the PAs Quarter-of-a-Millionth hit, I'll post it here. Keep training and checking the forums.

09/11/03 - As you can obviously see, I have reactivated Power Advantage this morning. While the staff finds these shutdowns a nice little chance to catch up, and relax... you probably don't enjoy them as you think about how you could be improving your character, but the shutdown is preventing you from participating. As staff, we have done all of the little things that we can possibly do to conserve bandwidth, it is up to you, the player, to help conserve now. So I ask you, please check the site only once or twice per day, don't continuously check it, hoping to find some changes. With your assistance we can keep the bandwidth down so everyone may play, all of the time. Keep training, checking the boards, etc. Thank you.

09/07/03 - The main page isn't really something that I planned on updating that much, but one needed to be done. Let's see, in effort to make the main page more clean, I moved August to the old news. Also, sorry about my small 3-4 day drought of not updating. Schools getting into the kick of things and with birthday and such, I couldn't get on the computer with much free time. Yet, now that everything is simmering down, I should be updating on a regular basis again. We have a new link on the links page: Highlords Avalon. It looks very good although I haven't tried joining yet. Free time holds me back, espically with possible RPG action of my own. Anyway, one last note. I will not update a Majin request if the Majiner just sends me "Bob accepted my Majin willingly". In order for an out-of-battle Majin to go through, I need an e-mail from both the Majiner and future slave saying that the deal is set. Also I won't accept a future slave telling me "Joe is Majining me". So, for future refrence, I need two e-mails for Majins. Besides those 4 e-mails that caused me to get aggrivated, everything is running fine...so...keep sparring and checking the interesting topics in the forums.
