09/29/01 - Hello all i just have a few things to point out when u email me. First is on moves when you emial me i want it set-up like Race Name current location THEN what location you want to move too. Second on spars remeber that u have to be in the same sqaure as the person your sparing i still want the same set-up on how it is to be sent if u forgot it is in the handbook. Peace out.

09/29/01 - Rankings are going down; Less than 40 individual hits per day. We delete inactives, only to have the new guys either come on the same computers as the older ones, or are inactive. Don't try cheating the system: Recruit credits and loans from new recruits are DEDUCTED when they leave. hence why Paragus now has -700 credits (yes, negative).
Anyway, we are moving up the ladder of individuality; now with our own backgrounds, made by the PA-Head Artist himself (Kagato). I think it's a nice change, and it's completely ours. Also, the contest has moved into it's second round, and with only Vegeta and Scrum left to get questions, the third round begins soon. To the majority who answered incorrectly, there WILL be a Loser's Bracket, for lesser prizes.
Also, any planet map page will now have all the distances from any planet to any other; A couple hours of my time gone into finishing the lot of it in one go. The maps and locations are simply copy/pasted, so don't come asking the stupid question of "Are these the actual locations??".
One new Store item added to Namek, and ships for Namek leave on Monday, at 12:01 AM PST. Around 26 hours left. I will try and finish up the ship fees, too. Keep training, and buying the trainings so you can get the best stuff on Namek. Also, keep checking the site, and forums, and try to log onto the forums ASAP. They are important!

09/28/01 - Rankings aren't doing terrible; I expect individual hits to be higher, though.
Some small updates; not much before the Namek trips. I think I'm more or less just updating to let you guys know I'm alive, I suppose.
Also, someone start a post in the forums (And everyone else reply IN THIS) about whether, if you were a Swordsman, you would feel getting a Plasma Sword (1d25+5, cannot be used 3x in row, 1d10 recoil) at 20 Skill is justified to having your signature be 1d25+3(No turn limit/recoil) at 200 Skill? 20 Skill is roughly 100k PL. 200 Skill...Roughly 700k PL. Please leave your thoughts on this. Also, leave your thoughts on whether 5d35 - 150 KI is more or less equal to 4d25 Swordsmen sword. Keep training, checking the site and forums, and preparing for Namek!

09/26/01 - Our rankings have been fixed; the Top 50 was experiencing some problems, and we'll have a 0 hit day on the record for a little while; We'll just bring ourselves back up, regardless.
As for Crash's last post, I have to agree. This inspired me to finish off an Email Us link, now on the frames. At the end, it gives a description of each of the updator's jobs. Also, Kagato is moved to an official site-helper-person-thingamabob. He has done stunning work with the new buttons on Members pages, the maps, and all of that. He may not be able to update, but he will be in charge of all of our site's image needs, aside from Squall's banners.
The Contest is open for a little while longer; with around 1-2 positions left to fill, and Gokan guaranteed a try at the preliminaries, we'll move onto the next round, soon. Prizes have been suggested, and taken to heart.
Namek trip information was more-or-less finalized today: Capsule Corp Ship Training information is in the Store, now. Read about it, if you'd like. Also, do NOT send me 'trip fees' over email or AIM; That is all done over the forum. The "All Namek trips, read here" post is for the ship-owners to post on, and that includes, at present, Paragus, Kagato, Vegeta, Android 18, and anyone else who hasn't done so, but has a ship. If you do not go to Namek, you miss out on your chance to get the spiffy new trainings and items, as if you know the Namek Storyline...
So, at present it's just assorted updates. Once you guys get to space, I'll start work on getting the informational parts of the site up. Maybe we'll get more hits, then. Well, it's one step closer to being a full RPG/Info/Download site, right?
So, in conclusion, keep training, checking the site and forums (I had one guy say "We have forums?") and preparing for Namek!

And by the way, don't worry people, I'm still here to update people as much as I can. And someone asked me why I don't post news as much as the rest of the staff. Mainly because I don't have to leave before I can post, or I don't have anything big to say that hasn't already been said many times unless it's still not being heard.(Or in this case, read). Stay active and continueing sparring! Get ready for Namek!

09/25/01 - FINALLY, I'm now able to sign on more often now....It's been so long and I apologize for not being very acitive for the past few WEEKS. But now I'll be on EVERYDAY for at least half an hour now so don't worry about any HM's anymore.

09/23/01 - Well, our rankings are staying constant, and our site placement is changing when other site's change. With over 80 members, we need more than 40 hits per day.
I also apologize for not updating recently; my job has been hard, and I am happy to report I don't have to work there anymore. I up and quit, because it was a hell job, long hours, with me working for minimum wage, compliments, and health complications. Bah. Some new trainings for Namek, and new store stuff. It's mostly just train for the next week, and then the action will begin. The contest has 3 more positions open for people who have not been asked questions yet; I have quizzed the active members, and a few others have asked for quizzes. Once I get 16 people, I will organize how it will run. Keep training, checking the site AND forum, and enjoying yourselves.

09/20/01 - Our Rankings are staying slightly above 600, with 38-40 hits per day. With 84 members, we should have more.
Planning for Namek is going well. People are paying to head off with members. Kagato still has the largest ride, although he will be getting back to Earth with it a bit later than everyone leaving on the first. Also, we have some big news, requested from a member who deserves a warm congratulations.
The male character behind Galaxia is now the proud father of a baby girl! Hurray! Congratulate him when you get the chance.
Lastly, minor updates have been done, and new stuff may be added to the Namek Store, but things are more or less set, as of now. Gravity Training will 90% be 3000 characters per story (For those of you complaining, start writing now, instead!). Also, the trviai contest will have a few more people accepted into the qualifying round, so start studying your stuff! Keep training, checking the site (AND FORUM! Paragus, you're needed on the forum!) and having fun!

09/19/01 - Rankings falling slightly, but not too bad. About 50% of the members are checking the site daily...
Anyway, I have decided that the Earth-Barrier will be removed at 12:01AM of Monday, October 1. I also put in the Planetary Store Shops in the Store section, so take a look at those. Also, I made the change that Weapon Duplification cannot be used on Tsu-Furin Blasters or Plasma Swords, due to it making the system screw up pretty badly. Refunds will be given for this. With a lack of things to say, I think I've more or less given the long and short of the news. Keep training, checking the site and forum, and preparing for Namek!

09/16/01 - Another fluctuation in rankings; better hits, much worse ranking. Aw well; it comes and goes.
I apologize for not updating the news page as much recently; I've been working, and updating other things on the site. If you haven't seen yet, Trainings now include Namekian Trainings (Which are not finalized until people actually reach Namek). I put them up so people can see that they may need their racial trainings or the like. I've also been working on other tidbits for the site, such as the contest, but things are moving along slowly. I am sorry for not having much news to speak of, but I saw Android 18 this morning. She didn't update or anything; Just came on AIM, said hi, then my computer froze, and by the time I got back, she was gone. Well, I hope you all keep training, checking the site and forum, and preparing to leave for Namek.

09/13/01 - Well, some intense events have occured in the last few days; I hope everyone here is alright, and I bid you all peace of mind to end your troubles.
Anyway, our rankings have been doing well; a constant 40-some individual hits per day is pretty good. We have a post running on the forum about people going to Namek with whom; Android 17 has finalized his list with himself, Darien, Tobias and Hitogoroshi, while he has claimed all the training days. Kagato will be getting a ride to Frieza's Base, and then buy a Royal Ship there, and come back for passengers. On the same notes, I have been working quite hard on getting the Planet Stores and stuff done; It's coming along well, but I'm not letting people view the new trainings for Namek just yet. I also apologize for not updating the main page in the last few days; school and the like have been catching up to me. Only Mirai Trunks' quest remains to be done, and I'm not in any huge hurry for that, although it'll probably be done this weekend.
We have some new members, and new stuff, including a new contest!! This contest will be a battle of Dragonball wits! There will be quick questions asked from time-to-time of people, and if you get your question correct, you may move on to the actual competitive rounds. Prizes will most likely include cash, but you never know. It's not completely finalized, but I'll try to finish it up ASAP. Keep training, checking the site, and enjoying yourselves here!

09/11/01 - Hey everyone i would like yall when yall pray to who ever you belive in to pray for everyone losed to day in the terrible attacks done today. And give thanks to your god(s) that it wasn't you and hope for a peaceful end to this tragedy. And I'm sorry if you lost anyone, but I hope no one did.

09/09/01 - Well, ranking spot went down, yet our hits went up. Shows us how the fluctuation works. I'm still happy with how it looks. So, for the news, Kagato just quested, and by being completely and utterly cheap (Striking the guy with 325 HP down with a Single Slicer-Gutting) opened Extras Locations. Check the Locations page for a preview of it. Maps are finalized, although only Earth, a Frieza Base, and Namek are done. Distances are finalized, although I may make it 2 RPG-days per real-day, but I'm not sure. Trainings/Stores/Grids of the planets are not done. These will be worked on over the next two weeks. Now, even though they're opened, you guys are still stuck on Earth for some time. Probably the 3rd or 4th week of September will everything be done enough for you guys to be allowed to head off. Don't yell at me: I've worked diligently on these for the last 2 months. I've spent over 30 hours, so far, and have completed grid coordinates and the like, as well as Namkian Trainings (Which you won't see until on Namek.) So, just keep training on Earth, and we'll get things ready as soon as possible. Keep training, growing, and have lots of fun [checking the site]!

9/8/01 - Hi all. I'm going to start a new place in the fourm for complants that way u don't have to emial us and it will be left up for ever so just keep adding only if we miss updating attacks or that much. I am also going to be doing some cleaning up on the fourm getting rid of some of the old not so need stuff up, and also everyone setup a name for the forum that way it is easyier on use and might as well look in it cause there are deals going up on it and that much so it is worth a look and a little bit of time to setup so I will see you around. 9/5/01 - Sorry, everyone, for not updating much recently. I have started school, and found that several classes are going to be living nightmares of stupidity and boring'ness (We have to "Reflect" on our thoughts during English Class...for like 8% of our Grade! Pointless!), and I also found that I have a national jazz gig this weekend, and on following weekends I will be working LATE, and Sleeping in the majority of the next mornings. I won't be online as much then, at least until November. On a positive note, we're back in the five-hundreds for rankings.
Also, Kagato has informed me, with a slight motivational bonus added from myself (AKA Blackmail) that he will be changing his quest from 2000 and 2000 credits to 3000 credits and Extras Locations. Make him feel like he did the right thing; You'd all be punished if no-one opened it. Also, if by Friday some of these Quests not been done or sent to me, I will figure out the stats and do them myself. A note to Crash: On Higher than Difficulty 2, I also multiply attack damage and KI by the ammount higher than 2, due to the fact that a guy with 300 HP isn't fazed by Someone with 800 KI and a 1d5+10 attack, such as Brolli's quest could have been. So, I tripled the KI (Since Difficulty 6 is 3x harder than 2), and trippled the roll to 1d15+30... It worked much better, and made more sense. So, I think that's about all the news. Keep training, collecting ships, and please leave a note on the Forum about which colours (And the colours codes that go with them, such as #0000FF or whatever) you would like to see on Background, Message 1 and 2, and subject header.

9/2/01 - Well, rankings are doing well, keep up the good work there. I'm also clearing up a few rumours. 1) Exact times and whatever for Space travel are NOT SET! They are not 100% set until Extras Locations open, and even then are subject to change, if we find problems with them (We can't really field test it, so we throw the bomb into the crowd and test the damage there). Also, I made a mistake on my last post; I read a note wrong. Capsule Corp Ships will be SLOW, and Saiyan Pods NORMAL. This is because the ships with the best upgrade-trainings need to have a disadvantage; Speed. Another thing that I am clearing up, which was set BEFORE most of you joined: Gravity training allows 1 person to train per day. Not every member on the ship; Only 1. This is NOT A CHANGE! It was just poorly explained on the store page, which is a fault of my own; I was rushing 'Crash to finish the Store back when the RPG was preparing to open. We thought people would realize, but everyone seems to figure that every possible mis-taking of rules is for their comfort and ease. Also, a note from a complaining member: Money CANNOT be given, without a debt being owed in return. This was a mistake, if done before. ANY money given out in the RPG must be paid back, if at all possible. Also, another thing to clear up: Clans can make regular, non-bulk/clan-special purchases from the Store with their Treasurey money. The item will be placed, on stat pages, in possession of the Clan Leader, but it will be a Clan item. Another note (This is mostly all from 1 person who mis-understood many things, and then started rumours) is that you CAN charge small fees for ship transporation; Not like 1000 credits, but smaller fees. I am sticking to this, so whatever you hear otherwise, this is how it stands.
I can't think of any other false rumours to stop, right now. I just suggest to you all to only go by what you see on the site; The news covers most anything you'll need that isn't in the pages. Keep training, making cash, and hopefully get these quests done ASAP.

9/1/01 - Hey, Crashin here, sorry that I haven't been online lately. My AOL has been messing up and so has my comp. If you guys don't see me in a while and the emails don't get updated, it'll be because of my AOL. Hopefully the problem has been fixed and that's why I'm online now but it might not last so excuse my possible future absence. Last time this happened I got emails from people wondering where I was, why didn't I update, and etc etc. So this is a message to explain why. Keep training now! And the last people that will be taking their Dragonball Quest before the dragonballs disappear, for whatever reason, will be Vegeta, Kagato, Mirai Trunks, and Squall.
