06/26/04 - Well, ick to letting the news get 3 weeks behind... Very sorry about not posting, but I've had work and such, and there really hasn't been all that much that the forums haven't covered...
Last night, another Saga event took place. This one was the 'lowbie' event, with a few people showing up. I also took the time, and effort, to poetically hand out a pair of deaths, one of which leading to Kaiosama's Planetoid, while also giving out another SSJ. On the plus side, this allowed for the maximum potential of pain when I served punishment to a cheater in the RPG. There was sufficient evidence of the cheating, and so it was dealt with, in the most painful way I could figure out, given that I had donated blood not 3 hours previous. So, that ended that.
Also, we're about 3000 hits away from a new contest... As I've said before, the person who takes a screenshot [of the whole page, not just the counter] at the 300k hit mark will get a bunch of stats and/or credits... Closely surrounding ones will also be noted and prizes awarded.
I also ask that all the site member at least register to the PA Forums, or to EZBoard, so that you may be more prone to check out what I, or others, post there, while also being able to state your opinions, and getting more direct feedback than waiting for people to show up on AIM. Please make a post if you're a new guy, and you'll probably find yourself much more active in the RPG than you would, otherwise.
I don't have any 'immediate' Saga events coming up, but rest assured that a page will be finished, and the logs put up, before long. Also, the Beta people [who had better have read my news post on their forum] are moving along, for the most part, and, if all goes well, will be moved up to the next stage of their testing, before July is out.
I will be posting a link to my work schedule on the forums, so if anyone is wondering when events might happen, you can take a look at that, and figure out that nights before days off and such are the most likely for events. I know it a week ahead of time, every Monday, so it's fairly up-to-date.
Anyway, I hope everyone keeps checking the forums and site, as well as training! As shown, even the low guys can get an event, and get into King Kaio's [Kaio begged Ray to train with him], so don't give up just because you're newer than others!

06/05/04 - Well, it looks like the Beta people might actually accomplish that little goal I had in mind... I've also posted some new stuff for them, too, so take a look at that. As for the rest of you... yeah, work has been busy, and I need to get going on my studies, again, too.... However, I can certainly post a chunk of news regarding the Saga... A brilliant explosion rocked the sky (Night sky for Konats, but since Namek doesn't really have much of a night, most of the time, it was just the slightly-less-sunny sky for them)... No-one could tell what it was, exactly, but rumours have been spreading like wildfire...
So... yeah. Keep training, checking the site and forum, and bringing the site hits up!

06/01/04 - Well, I never really thought I'd have to make a post concerning this... but it seems to be quite the subject in many IMs I've gotten.
Let me start off by saying that I do not have a problem with all my duties now in PA. I've gotten a bunch of people giving me sympathy for, what I find, almost a blessing. I've loved this RPG ever since I first joined it, and love working on/for it. I had my own semi-successful RPG (ZBS anyone? ^.^') and I know how hard it is to run one. So, I'm glad to help Lander with anything he needs, as well as Rickey. This has been stated by Rickey before, but I downright love this RPG not for its gameplay but for all the friends I have from it. So I, am in no way, unhappy with my position.
Now, I've also gotten a lot of IMs from people asking about their spars. Most of these people are new, so I wouldn't expect any different. Let just me give you all a quick example of my updating shcedule so you don't keep pestering me (=P).
Saturday-Monday: Spars of that past week. Purchases I've gotten since the last update. New Members.
Tuesday-Friday: Random Purchase Updates. New Members. Any spars that were sent in after I updated on Sunday (but before Monday) that I missed.
Now, that second part should answer any questions I've gotten over the last week. I update spars at around 6-9pm est. on Sundays usually. Yet, some people send in spars late and I find it outta my way to go into the java and update those spars. So, I wait for one of my random updates to give those people their stats.
I know you arn't complaining when you tell me this and I'm not mad. If I get any 'sorry' IMs after this, I may get annoyed though. Yet, most of you wern't here for the 'End of Brolli spar updates' or the 'Hobo days' when spars were more random than you could imagine. So you all have it easy. (=P) No offense to them, both are amazing guys, it's just that I know, as a member, that the spar updates were very random.
So, in closing (finally...): Be grateful that I enjoy my work, and don't worry. I'll make sure my updates are done as well as I can do them. I'm just guessing that I may be awarded with such loyalty sooner or later (=P). So, everyone keep sending in those spars and keeping an eye on the forums. Rimoah is back in action and we need to counter attack with some action of our own. Now, it's time for me to do my Tuesday updates!
