01/31/02 - Well, I've finished my big tests, doing very well on my Chemistry final, and I think quite well on the SAT's, and I have today and Friday off of school. I am going to work Friday, morning, however, so I won't be available, then. I have been working on some minor site-updates, such as fixing the forced-reformation in the Pendulum Room trainings, putting the Tsu-Furin damage limit up on the Trainings Pages, double checking all my Majin-notes, deleting several inactive characters, and many others, to boot. We now sit at 65 members, with a possibility of 10-15 inactives, that will be rooted out in the next few weeks. Our hits may be down, but that's due to the inactive members leaving, probably.
Also, I emailed the note of thanks to the writer of the Beckett's Top 10 websites, Ron Evry, so the topic will be closed. If you haven't heard or seen, we have a new battle-type: Battale Royales, as seen in the Handbooks. Following Honour Match rules (Including being on the same square, and 5 times per week, limit) these can now be done without the necessities of a staff member being available. I'll also admit that the Earthquake that occured some time back was indeed a sign of things to come, and the sudden vanishing of hundreds of people across the planet, is, as well. What could be causing these mass disasters? That's for you guys to figure out! Keep checking the site and forums, and training for the upcoming Saga!

01/27/02 - I'm glad to see people like the new spar restrictions; May not affect a few of the very strong people, but many active members have displayed enthusiasm towards it.
Well, hits are going down; To be expected, since the people who saw the site in Beckett's have looked at it, probably tried to join incorrectly, and stopped caring, but that's alright. What's not alright, though, is the lack of activity amongst the newcomers. As I said last Sunday; People who have under 60,000 PL had best ensure their stats have risen when Brolli updates, today, or they will be deleted without warning. Here is the list of people who risk deletion, as of now:
Aliens: Coola
Androids: Android X, Opal
Demons: Sytorb, Vivi Ornitier
Humans: Kamui, Kouganei, Marth, Orphen, Wiley(Has 1 spar/move used, but needs to be more active)
Nameks: Sephron
Part Saiyans: Chibi Gohan, Enten., Godre, Goten, Kirik., Syaorin
Saiyans: Firehawk, Genzo, Miclon, Turles(Has 1 spar/move, but needs to be more active), Vonkha
Tsu-Furins: Vivandi
I will not accept excuses/exceptions. These people will be deleted if, after Brolli and 17 finish updates today, your stats have not risen. I have all the stats recorded, so don't think you can lie about them. I'm disappointed that 23 of our 85-or-so members are clearly inactive, but I feel even sorrier for the new recruits who want to play, as I will be marking Join Forms even harder than I already have been. I can't say I'm sorry to see the inactive members going; You join, maybe spar once or twice, and then leave the RPG in all but name, without even stating you're not coming back, while you continue to take up space. It ends, today.
A notice for staff: If you ever are updating the site, in the HTML portions, you MUST log-in on AIM, as to ensure that we don't have 2 people in the same page, and updates missed because of it. Other than that, not much news, save that the contest has been going well, with 5 people caught by the hand, and 4 escaping with prizes, and 1 unlucky soul unable to beat it. It knows it's next victim and waits for them, and then can pick from the remainders, after that. I hope to get something special up tonight, that may spruce things up a bit, but I need to speak with 'Crash, first, and I hope to get it ready before then, too. So, until then, keep checking the forums, keep training, and keep checking the site!!

01/21/02 - Only one small article of news, tonight. I am removing the spar limits, and freeing up spars for everyone, at least until I can get a new, and more appropriate system up.

Alright, I've got a new system.
The present world record for loudest group moan is shattered.
At 250,000 PL, you have 3 spars per week. At 400,000 PL, 2 spars per week, and at 500,000 PL, 1 spar per week at double credit bonus. I hope you like this new system; Most older people should be affected by it.

01/20/02 - I'm glad more of the staff is freeing up; I have one more week until my exams week, and I have SATs this Saturday (Yes, even us Canadians write the SATs if we wish, and I intend to do well. From past experience, I expect no-one to complain that they are too hard to receive 600 on. None! *Insert evil laughter here*) so I am still busy for a while. I am pleased to hear that Brolli has received at least a few quests (Reno's and 16's) and will be questing them ASAP. I haven't received any quests, myself, so I can't be held accountable for no-one being wished back, etc. Hits have been down, and so has activity; Several members have seemed to get to a low power-level, generally under 60,000, and then stop. If you are under this Power Level, you need to ensure you train this next week, or face deletion. As for upcoming Interactive-news, a sudden Earthquake hit the planet, which caused some strange disturbances, but the fact that it rattled the ENTIRE planet, and even King Kaio's planet, brings a few eyes wandering. More to come on that, at a later date. I am still working on trivial site updates, and once I get caught up (In school/updates/etc.) I will get to work on Planetary Trainings; at least in the final format. Please check the Forums for Giving thanks to Beckett's, as I want to send them an email during this next week, thanking them for putting us in their magazine, but we need more than 8 people giving thanks, to make it look truly appreciative!! If you joined the RPG because of Beckett's Magazine, I feel you owe them at least a note of thanks, and many others can appreciate the new members and publicity, as well. Keep checking the site, forums, and training, for events may be coming up soon, with some luck!

1/19/02 - Hi all. Just a few notes to give out. First is don't ask the staff when we are going to update cause we will be updating as much as possible. Second I will be seeing if I can do some minor modiying to the hand book on the moves cause people are sending them in like the handbook says and it isn't what I would like it as. Third is I will be on more often now that I have room in my time outside of having a life. Tommorrow I will be doing a big update making sure everyone is update for this week and everyone has the right sigs and attacks. Peace out for now.

1/18/02 - Ok everyone! I'm back now! I don't have as much work do handle anymore so people will see me online more often to update. When I get online, don't ask me about updating! As soon as I get online, I haven't had enough time to check my mail so DON'T ask about it. Anyone who does ask will get yelled at.

1/14/02 - Sorry people for not being online that much but I've been very busy. I have a huge essay due and I need to get it done. I also have many other things due and then adding on social life, makes it pretty hard to push the RPG in when I'm barely home. I also just changed computers and my new computer is not working that well. I can't get online with my new computer yet so I'm forced to use my brother's laptop. Well I'm going to try to update and I'm sending the quests to LanderZ or Brolli soon so they may give people the quests. After this week is over, I should have a lot more time so until then...

01/11/02 - Well, it may have been done shortly after Monday, but the snow was finally taken down, and our browsers can now run at a good speed here at PA, once more. On a contrary note, with the snow melting, and possibly due to a lack of news to post, hits have been down, but I'm sure they'll go up again, soon.
Well, not much to report, other than work is being done on the new planets, but it is still going slow, and won't speed up until the month is out, due to me having Provincial Exams (A huge Exam that every graduating student in the province takes in specific courses to show that the teacher didn't pass them with an 'A' while only having completed a tenth of the cirriculum), other Final Exams, and lots of school projects coming up, here. I will have the Thursday/Friday off, the 29th/30th, I think, though, which will be a nice break after having finished my tests! On the flip side, a new contest is opening, so check the Contest page for more information. Tournament prizes are being updated by MCrashinNow as we(I) speak(type), so your goodies can be used next week in new spars, and the like. Another note, Roark is finally gone, having served his purpose as a Beta-tester for both Tsu-Furins, and Healing techniques, and I had imposed the restrictions to both afterwards (Tsu-Furin damage limit, due to them being capable of wielding INSANE damage rolls, like 3d39+7 and the like, at 250,000 PL, and Healing being capable of sapping away 55 damage every few turns in a match, which can make it near impossible to win), and I have now turned my attention to Artificial Androids, to check out Energy Absorption. So, I ask you to stop asking me about Roark; he's gone and dead. No other big news, for now, but keep checking the site for updates, and training for possibly upcoming Sagas/tournaments! Don't forget to look in on the forums, as well!

01/05/02 - A few small notes/updates to mention before we head back to school. Hits are up: 2nd: 132, 3rd: 113, yesterday: 100, and today: 116, all individual hits on our site. Our top ranking in the top100 is now 146, and I'm proud of it! Secondly, most new members have been updated, and old ones deleted, with only minor confusion, but Paragus' debts have been worked off, amongst other things, and we're still keeping over 70 "active" members on the site, to date. I've been replying all emails, even the bad ones, with a generic list of problems with join forms, to let them know that their form was rejected, and perhaps 'why'. Thirdly, you may have heard the rumours of another site copying Power Advantage, and I would like to both verify it (I am 100% certain they directly took our stuff; Not just bits and pieces, but the whole site!) and also wish to ask all those who DO know the URL of this site to hold their peace. We do not want to popularize this site when trying to remove it. I sent them an email with direct quotes from Lycos Terms of Service, which clearly explain that they can be deleted for the fraud they have committed. I do not want anyone spamming them or their site, however, as I will be dealing with this in a swift, offensive, legal, and probably very brutal manner, myself. Fourthly, the Tournament ended, and the prizes are being chosen on the Forums: Entenjinketsu/whatever-your-name-is, you need to get there and choose your prize ASAP, so that Jeice may choose his. Fifthly, tomorrow or Monday, I will be posting a string on the forum that is asking you to express any gratitude you may have towards Beckett's Dragonball Z Magazine for publicising Power Advantage; I purchased the magazine, and we had a HUGE article, compared to the others, with 26 lines being the 2nd biggest write up. I also noted that we were the only site without our own domain name... I may look into that, sometime, as well. Keep an eye out on the forums for that, and keep checking the site and training, for new surprises await just around the next corner...
P.S. The snow will be gone by Monday, too!

1/2/02 - Happy New Year Everyone! You know, I'm not totally sure on the day, but around this time last year, Lander and I were workin on this site and it wasn't even close to being done yet. Maybe around this time is when we just started on the RPG. In a couple months should be the anniversary of the RPG's opening! You check the old news page and see when the first day we opened was. Well anyway, I just updated everyone for the Tournament/Saga. I also updated everyone I could who sent in purchases. There are some great suggestions that were made and I'm sure we're going to be using some of them very soon. People who placed in the Tournament, check the forum's for your prize information. I also won't be here for the rest of the week. I'll be back on Sunday. Anyone who sends an email for purchases and such, will be updated after I get back. Probably will be updated on Monday though because I'll be getting home kinda late on Sunday. Well, I hope everyone has fun while I'm gone. Any questions and such that you guys would normally ask me, bother the other staff members hehe. Cya Monday!

01/01/02 - Happy New Year! I did finally get around to updating this page; The maps have all been finished, and the grids are being worked on, as well, and they will be opening soon after. The Attack Description page for updators is now finished for all the trainings/attacks shown on the Earth Training Page, so that'll help with updates. I am also giving out some credits for assistance on the list; You 3 know who you are. I am also proud to state that the Tournament went well, and prizes will be awarded once 'Crash finds time to get them to the people. Everyone gets 1 spar bonus per match they were in, and everyone who was there during the Saga/Storyline part knows about the Suncloaks, some people fighting Evil, but somewhat misguided in their ways, and all those present for that will gain Saga stats, as well. Chibi Goten and Frieza have also returned to Earth, so some fun should break out of that, while I am finishing work on a list of the people who are deceased, and where they are, at present. Mailon should be joining us again, so that will leave Cloud, Ryouga, Torebian, and Mailon at King Kaio's, unless I forget some/mixed someone up, and Ninja and Brolli in the remaining Neutral zone. Any dead people may spar eachother, but rememeber KI is unlimited when dead, and if you spar on King Kaio's planet (Both must be there to begin with) and are under 225,000 PL, email the battles to myself, and receive double spar bonuses! This week I will also have started a letter of gratitude to Beckett's Magazine for featuring us in their magazine, so check the forums for it. Hits are staying at around 100 individuals a day, which isn't a top for us, but it's pretty good, too! I hope to post again with some more exciting news tomorrow or Thursday, so keep checking the site for updates!
