Now we can skip the next box, the AIM ScreenName, as it is uncheckable as we go along, save for the user themself. Let it be known, however, that if you do not have AOL Instant Messenger, nor AOL, you do not have the hardware necessary to play the RPG, and no matter how much you want to, you will be unable to play, rather than just 'frowned-upon'.
The next box is important, however, and may be the most important box you fill out. It cannot be emphasized enough that you need to double, and triple check this box before sending in your form. If it isn't correct, a reply to your form, should there be a problem or should it be accepted, cannot get back to you. Here is the most common problem for Email-errors, occuring amongst the AOL-users:
When the form is received, and is being checked, replies are sent by clicking the link that indicates the email address. Without a host (@hostname.com), this link does not appear, and the staff is not going to be playing guessing games to figure out which host the writer of the form uses. The form gets deleted, and the writer does not know about it. The proper way to fill out an email address would be this:
Lastly, a common error amongst people who have titles for emails, such as "BobTheBest@hotmail.com", often put spaces into their email forms, such as "Bob The Best @Hotmail.com". Emails do not allow spaces, and these will not get replied to. Once again, double check your form, before sending it, to ensure you put the right email address in.
