You can visit, destroy or rule any of the balow planets. You can also add to them if you find your own.
For any planet with gravity over X1 you will gain 5pl for each turn spent there times the multiplier. (New Vegeta=X5 so its +25pl a turn.) This affects only the first 10 turns of your stay. Anywhere training is also multiplies by the multiplier. Regular Training would be New Vegeta=X5 so its 5*500=2,500 each turn... very nice.
