BRIAN' S BUBBLEGUM CRISIS ONSTAGE AND OFFSTAGE PART 1.

    Leon and Daley entered Hot Legs on their night off.
 Leon hoped to see Priss onstage. He planned on asking her out after the concert.
He could not wait to see her wearing her golden and brown stage wig with her red outfit.
He and Daley mingled with the small audience.
 He looked at Daley.

 LEON : Don¹ t even think about hitting on the bikers, Daley.
It pisses them off and you know it.
    You might stand a chance with the bartender. Notice how I said might.

 DALEY : You might stand a chance with Priss.

 Leon scowled.

 LEON : Why don¹ t you hit on that little craphead known as Mason ?

 DALEY : Ouch. Besides, he already has a boyfriend.

 LEON : Oh. The blonde Boomer who is always kissing him and holding his hand.

 DALEY : Imagine the craphead in a love relationship.

 He and Leon looked at the stage when a woman appeared.
Their eyes were wide.
 
 LEON : Where did Priss go ?

 DALEY : Who is this woman ?

 Her long hair was black and wavy. It concealed one of her eyes.
Her collar was spiked. Her boots reached her thighs and her gloves touched her elbows.
Her G string did not conceal her very well. Her corset had two strategically placed roses.
Her whip was bundled. She could hear eerie music playing in the background.
 
 LEON : Who are you ?

 The woman smiled.

 WOMAN : Bondage Bitch.

 Leon grinned.

 LEON : I am starting to like Bondage Bitch instead of Priss.
She can be my queen and whip me whenever she feels like it !

 Bondage Bitch smiled before cracking her whip onstage.
She grabbed the microphone and started to sing. Her commanding voice filled Hot Legs.
After the song, the stage lights went out for a few minutes before revealing....
 Leon tilted his head when he saw a green haired woman. Her necklace was blue.
Her dress was black. There was a black moon that was upside down on her forehead.

 LEON : Who ?

 He heard the green haired woman sing in a powerful tone before speaking.

 GREEN HAIRED WOMAN : I am Esmeraude.

 Her laughter filled Hot Legs before she stepped into the shadows.
 She was now a woman who wore a long white dress and fingerless gloves.
Her long hair was half blonde and half blood red.

 WOMAN : I am Galaxia.

 Her strong voice made everyone pay attention.
 She pulled off her hair and outfit to reveal violet hair, a bra with panties, and wings.
Her butterfly wings matched her blue and purple lingerie.
 Leon smiled while imagining Priss in that outfit.
He listened to the butterfly woman sing in a cute voice.

 BUTTERFLY WOMAN : I am Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon.

 She skipped into the darkness and exited it as....

 WOMAN : Neo Queen Serenity.

 She wore a crown and a white dress with a large ribbon attached.
Her blonde hair was in two dumplings and pigtails.
There was a yellow moon on her forehead. Her smile and singing were kind.
 She disappeared in darkness until she was revealed as Prince Demondo.
 He wore a white outfit and a purple cape. His hair was white and shoulder length.
His eyes matched his cape. His third eye was golden. His singing was not bad.
When he went into the darkness, he was a woman again.
 She wore a green, blue, and white outfit. Her green hair was long and wavy.
She was elegant in every way. Her voice and singing were perfect.

 WOMAN : I am Sailor Neptune.

 She stepped back and was now a woman holding a G shaped scythe.
Her outfit was white and purple. Her hair was shoulder length. She smiled.

 WOMAN : I am Sailor Saturn.

 Her singing was very cute. She ran into the back of the stage.
 She returned as a black haired woman. Her dress was red.

 WOMAN : I am Lady Vadiane.

 Her singing was scary.
 Leon¹ s eyes were wide when he saw Priss in her stage wig emerge from the dark.

 LEON : It¹ s about time !

 DALEY : I assume that those people who were onstage were from Sailor Moon.

 Leon did not pay any attention to him.
He heard her sing Konya wa Hurricane, Wild and Scarred, Victory, Chase the Dream,
Remember, Mad Machine, Wasurenaide, and Aishiki Raibaru.

 PRISS : ( singing )  Naite nanka irarenai ne motto tsuyoku naru...
                      Itsu no hi ni ka mune o hatte anata ni ai ni yuku yo
        
                      Furimukazu ni hashitte ite kaze o kirisaite
                     Chikaiatta ano hi no yume kitto tsukamaete
        
                     Naite nanka irarenai ne motto tsuyoku naru...        
              Itsu no hi ni ka mune o hatte anata ni ai ni yuku yo

 She walked away before wearing a blue and pink hardsuit.
 Daley¹ s eyes were wide.

 DALEY : A Knight Saber onstage ! How interesting !

 He heard the Knight Saber sing Angels Dancing in the Thrill, Asu e Touchdown,
Akuma Tenshi no Kisu, Kodoku no Enjieru, Mysterious Night, Jumping Heart, Yes Do It,
and Bye 2 my Crisis. He watched her vanish in the dark.
 He saw a blonde Cutey Honey. Her singing was somewhat cute.
 She was now the mysterious Maetel of Galaxy Express 999.
She wore a black outfit with a dark fur hat. Her blonde hair touched her heels.
Her singing was very mysterious.
 Her next stage character was the sadistic Gestapoko from Kekko Kamen.
She wore boots with a jacket that had S and M on it, a hat, and pink trousers.
She also wore red eye cosmetics and violet lipstick. Her hair was long and blonde.
Her singing was very deep. When she went into the shadows, she was Kekko Kamen !
 The audience had wide eyes.
They saw a woman wearing nothing but a red ski mask, boots, and gloves.
They heard her sing about herself. They were disappointed when she went into the dark.
 The next stage character was Count D of Petshop of Horrors.
One eye was purple and the other was golden. His shoulder length hair was black.
His singing was feminine and sweet.
 
 LEON : I would like to see that naked woman again !

 DALEY : I wish that Count D would remove his traditional Asian outfit !

 He saw him enter the shadows.
 The audience gasped when someone wearing a giant Mew costume appeared.
They heard the person inside mew.

 DALEY : What a cute pocket monster !

 His eyes were wide when he saw a black haired woman wearing a red dress now.
 
 WOMAN : I am Woman Boss of the pocket monster stealing Rocket Gang.

 Her singing tone was sexual.
 The next stage character was Emerodo Hime of Rayearth.
Her hair was long and golden. Her green eyes were huge and innocent.
Her dress was white. She prayed while on her knees. Her singing was soft and feminine.

 LEON : Beautiful princess.

 He saw her stand before throwing off her costume and revealing a different one.
 Her hair was still long and golden. She wore a white skirt with black boots.
Her top was black, purple, and red. She looked as though she had wings.

 WOMAN : I am the adult Emerodo Hime.

 She screeched during most of the song.
 After throwing off her costume, she was a blue haired man biting a red rose.
His armor was golden. He introduced himself as Gold Saint Pisces Aphrodite.
He sang in a soft and feminine voice.
 He threw off his disguise and was now a pink haired man known as Aries Mu.
He was then Hyoga the Russian mother¹ s boy, Lucifer, the beautiful Pluto, and Poseidon.
 The next stage character was Arisu of the j-rock band Missalina Rei.
His blonde hair was in two pigtails. He wore the dress of a maid.
His vocals were strong and high pitched.
 Gackt of the Malice Mizer before Klaha was his next stage character.
His hair was long. His vocals were deep and somewhat romantic.
His outfit resembled a vampire¹ s.
 He entered the darkness where he exited it as Hisui of Madeth Gray¹ ll.
His black hair was long and had a few braids on top of it. He wore a leather dress.
He sang with a piano, bass, and guitars. The song was Le Miserable.
His vocals were a bit funny at first until he lowered his pitch and started screeching.
After screeching like a demon, he went from silliness to sorrow.
His depressing singing was beautiful.
  He was Izam of SHAZNA next.
He wore his hair in two horns and the rest loose.   
His costume consisted of pink platform boots, blue stockings, a pink shirt, and a blue coat.
His vocals were sweet and not too high.
 Klaha of the new Malice Mizer was his next disguise.
His cape and dress were white. His hair was shoulder length.
His deep voice was something to be admired.
 Ray of SHADE¹ S was his next character. His hair was very long.
His vocals were young and energetic. He was unaware that Daley winked at him.
 Tetsu of the indies Malice Mizer was next.
He performed Baroque, Kioku to Sora, Speed of Desperate, and Vault of Heaven.
His vocals ranged from being pleasant to sounding frantic. His hair was golden.
 Yukinaka of Arege was his final j-rock disguise.
His hair was shoulder length and blonde. He wore a black dress.
His voice was filled with sorrow.
 The next character was a big haired singer whose voice was powerful.
 The thirty sixth character happened to be a woman who wore a dress with a corset.
Her dark tresses reached her back. Her eyes were black with tiny golden pupils.
She sang until she stepped back into the shadows and emerged as a female monster !
 She was her physical inner bitch. One eye dangled out of her socket.
Her constant smile exposed sharp teeth that were long.
Her body was a grinning monster face. Her exposed ribs curved at the sides.
Her long hair was tangled and never ended.  
 The next character happened to be a feminine man wearing a top hat and a suit.
He wore black cosmetics. His long hair was black like his top hat.
His vocals were high pitched and silly.
 Leon and Daley gasped when they saw the next costume.

 LEON : ( gasping ) What ?!

 The woman wore a dress and crown.

 WOMAN : I am Countess.

 Her singing was admirable.
 She was now a dead soldier who had a bullet hole between her eyes.
Her vocals were very whiny.
 Leon was impressed when the next character appeared.
 The singer was a hermaphrodite. The male half wore a suit.
His hair was shoulder length. The female half wore a dress and a shawl with a rose attached.
Her hair was long. The singing was androgynous.
 Leon and Daley gasped when they saw a man after the hermaphrodite sang.
 
 LEON & DALEY : ( gasping ) Mason !

 Leon was about to attack him until Daley touched his shoulder.

 DALEY : Wait. This should be interesting.

 He looked at the man who wore a three part suit onstage.
He heard 80¹ s music in the background. The stage lights moved rapidly.
Mason sang Kodoku no Enjieru. His vocals ranged from a quiet tone to a strong falsetto.
Leon had to admit that he did not sound terrible.

 DALEY : ( whispering ) Where is his Boomer ?

 LEON : ( whispering ) Maybe they had a lover¹ s tiff.

 DALEY : ( whispering ) Maybe the Boomer has to sleep on the floor now.

 LEON : ( whispering ) That is more information than I needed to hear.

 Mason then sang in a sorrow filled tone before shrieking.
His sad voice was enough to make Leon almost pity him.
 His next set of vocals ranged from a high pitch to strong yet normal sounding.
There were ten different songs in all.
 Leon and Daley watched him step offstage after the ten song set.
They approached him when he walked over to the exit.

 LEON : Don¹ t give up your day job at GENOM.

 Mason scowled.

 LEON : Do you know where Priss is ?

 MASON : I do not know where Priss is, but I am here on weekends now.
Maybe she performs on weekdays.

 DALEY : Was your Boomer bad in bed ? Is that why he isn¹ t with you ?

 His smile disappeared when Mason slapped him.

 MASON : YOU S.O.B. !

 Daley fell into Leon¹ s arms.

 LEON : Daley !

 He saw tears in Mason¹ s angry eyes.

 MASON : My Boomer is dead !

 Leon and Daley were silent.

 MASON : A few nights ago, my Boomer and I were cold....

LEON : We don¹ t need to know about your love life.

 DALEY : No. I want to hear this.

 He winked.

 DALEY : Go on, Mason.

 MASON : Thunder shattered my thought. My Boomer held me while I slept.
       The next day, I opened my eyes and got out of bed.
I showered before shaving my face. I dressed in my three part suit.
I walked over to my bed and gasped.
         My Boomer was gone.
I searched for him under the bed and in a trash can.
         I entered my employer¹ s office.
I wanted to know where my Boomer was.
        Quincy smiled before removing a video from his jacket.
He placed it in a VCR and pressed PLAY.
         I gasped when I saw last night¹ s events on the TV screen.
I struggled to prevent tears from leaving my eyes when I saw my Boomer¹ s death.
        One of Quincy¹ s Boomers dragged him out of bed.
My beloved Boomer had been set on fire and burned alive.

 He looked down while his shoulders trembled.

 MASON : The flames danced in my wet eyes before Quincy stopped the tape.
He told me that I was fired. He said that it was because of my habit of playing Hooky.
It was also because of my constant lies to avoid attending GENOM meetings.
         He said that unlike me, the camera recording my every move never lies.
He told me to explain why I had severe uterine cramps during last night¹ s meeting.
         He was fed up with my constant lies to avoid GENOM meetings.
He said that I was a bad boy who needed to be punished.
         I exited GENOM forever. I had lost my lover and my job.

 DALEY : Is this your bubblegum midlife crisis, Mason ?
Your bubblegum crisis is interesting, Brian. You are bald from bubblegum in your hair.
Were you having a bubblegum identity crisis onstage ?

 Nobody got his jokes.
 
 LEON : You deserved to have your loved one taken away from you.

 Mason scowled.

 MASON : What ?

 LEON : You are a lying....

 Mason was about to slap him until his wrist was caught.

 LEON : Wait a minute.

 He looked at Mason¹ s wrist and examined deep cuts.

 LEON : When did you start slashing your wrist ?

 MASON : I don¹ t remember.

 Leon removed his gun from his jacket and pointed it at Mason¹ s face.

 MASON : It was the day after my Boomer was killed.

 Daley looked at Leon.

 DALEY : Maybe you should see a shrink, Mr. Mason.

 MASON : A shrink ?
 
 Leon stared at Daley.

 LEON : Why should we help Mason after what he did to us ?

 DALEY : Sure, he created human killing Boomers in the past.
He is a different person now.

 Leon sighed.

 LEON : You win, Daley. I will call a psychiatrist tomorrow morning.
Mason does need help. He usually is not playful so he must need mental help.

 DALEY : I always get my way in and out of bed.

 He winked.
 Leon placed his gun back in his jacket.

 MASON : Would you like to watch me perform again ?

 LEON : No.

 DALEY : Sure !

 Leon rolled his eyes before sitting with Daley and hearing Mason sing.

 LEON : ( thinking ) Not bad.          

 MASON : ( singing )  Naite nanka irarenai ne motto tsuyoku naru...
              Itsu no hi ni ka mune o hatte anata ni ai ni yuku yo
        
              Furimukazu ni hashitte ite kaze o kirisaite
              Chikaiatta ano hi no yume kitto tsukamaete
        
            Naite nanka irarenai ne motto tsuyoku naru...        
     Itsu no hi ni ka mune o hatte anata ni ai ni yuku yo   

 He paused before speaking.

 MASON : That was Aishiki Raibaru.

 Leon and Daley listened to him sing Akuma Tenshi no Kisu.

 MASON : ( singing ) RABU KOKORO DE SAKEBE
                HIKARI MIERU MADE !
     PI - SU KOKORO NI CHIKAE
     NEGAI WO KOME !

 He continued to sing until he walked offstage.

 DALEY : You have made your Boomer proud.

 Mason¹ s smile was honest.
 
 DALEY : Leon, shouldn¹ t one of us stay with him in case he attempts suicide ?
 
 MASON : I can¹ t be helped if I am dead.

 He looked down.

 MASON : To be honest, I am not interested in seeing a psychiatrist.

 Leon scowled.
