Ultimate Super Human 3 (USH3) - This is the highest form of human transformation. Your stats are multiplied by 1.5X. PL Needed=648,000,000
Super Android (SA) - You grow to twice your original size and your stats are multiplied by 1.5X. Can only occur to an android. PL Needed=500,000
Super Android 1 (SA1) - No physical change, but your stats go up 1.5X. PL Needed=3,000,000
Super Android 2 (SA2) - You grow a tail and your stats are 1.5X. PL Needed=18,000,000
Super Andriod 3 (SA3) - You grow longer hair, and your eyes turn red. Your stats are multiplied by 1.5. PL Needed=108,000,000
Perfect Android (PA) - This is the best android transformation. Your stats are multiplied by 1.5X. PL Needed=648,000,000
Super Saiyan 1 (SSJ) - Your hair turns gold and your eyes turn green, you are now super saiyan and cannot be brought back down to a regular saiyan (can only occur to saiyans or half saiyan-half human). Also, your stats are multiplied by 1.3. PL Needed=500,000
Super Saiyan 2 (SSJ2) - Same as Super Saiyan exept your stats are multiplied by 1.3. PL Needed=2,600,000
Super Saiyan 3 (SSJ3) your stats are multiplied by 1.3. Needed=13,500,000
Super Saiyan 4 (SSJ4) - just like SSJ2 and 3, your stats multiply by 1.3.PL Needed=70,500,000 PL
Super Saiyan 5 (SSJ5) - One before the highest form of all super saiyan transformations. Your stats are multiplied by 1.3. PL needed=366,000,000
Ultimate Super Saiyan 5 (USSJ5) - The highest form of all of the super saiyans. Your stats are multiplied by 1.3, but your speed is decreased by half, you can go back to SSJ5 and your speed will be back to normal. PL needed=1,500,000,000
Oozaru-You turn into a huge ape and are much stronger than you were. Your stats and attacks are increased greatly. You cannot turn back until after 8 turns and your stats will go back to normal. You must must use the Artificial Moon move to perform this move-PL Needed=1,750,000
Golden Oozaru- Same as Oozaru exept you are a golden ape instead and your stats and attacks are increased greatly. You can only do this if you are atleast Super Saiyan 4 and have Oozaru Control-PL Needed=627,000,000
Super Namek (SN) - Your body turns gold and your fighting stats are multiplied by 1.5X. Once you reach this point you cannot be brought back down. (This form is only available to Nameks) PL Needed=500,000
Ultimate Super Namek (USN) - This is the first of only two forms of Ultimate Super Namek. It multiplies your stats by 1.5X . PL needed= 3,000,000
Super Namek 2 (SN2) - This is the second form of super namek. It multiplies your stats by 1.5X. PL Needed=18,000,000
Super Namek 3 (SN3) - This is a very strong form of super namek. It 1.5X your stats. PL Needed=108,000,000
