Learning To Be A Ref
When you are a referee (Ref) in a battle you can not be fighting you can only Ref and you will get $500 after every battle you Ref.
If you wanna be a Ref tell me and I will add you to the list of refs if you pass the test.
The Ref will ask for Stats such as Power Level, HP, Ki, Speed, And Moves
The Ref will say the person with the lowest PL goes first
If both opponents have they same PL the Ref can choose you they want to go first
A person makes a move and the Ref can decide how much it is worth by looking at the chart or figuring in the KI used for it
The Ref can not pick favorites if he does he will never be a referee again on this site it makes things fair
If someone powers up their ki (makes a move more powerful) that is there turn.
You the Ref must keep track on taking damage off the HP

Ref: Let me see the stats
Opponent1: 1000PL 1000HP 1000Ki 1000Speed, Eye Beam, Kamehameha, Renzoku Energy Dan, Kiaiho
Opponent2: 1000PL 1000HP 1000Ki 2000Speed, Eye Beam, Kamehameha, Renzoku Energy Dan, Kiaiho
Ref: Opponent2 goes first
Opponent2: All Ki to eye beam
Ref: Opponent1 your turn
Opponent1: renzoku energy dan
Ref:Opponent 2 lost 250 HP
Opponent2: eye beam with all ki
Ref: Opponent1 lost 500 HP
Opponent1: All Ki to kamehameha
Opponent2: Kiaiho
Ref: Opponent1 lost 200 HP, Critical Hit
Opponent1: kamehameha with all ki
Ref: Opponent2 lost 100 HP
Opponent2: Renzoku energy dan
Ref: Opponent1 lost 350 HP
Ref: Opponent2 is the winner
Ref: Now go update your stats and send them to Vegeta & Piccolo
