Rules

• You can only raise your level by training and battling
• You can only train with someone who is cerified as a trainer
• you must put you actions in colens (ex. "::walks over to Gohan")
• You can earn a dragon ball three ways:winning 10 battles in a row,getting someone to join and defeating the president of a planet
• you get 3 wishes when you get 6 dragon balls
• if you do not react within 5 seconds of an attack,you are hit
