Comfort me when I am overwhelmed. Hat’íi da shidei nídiidzáago nits’á̜á̜dóó ’ił hodéezyéél shich’i̜’ hodíílííł.
Help me have patience for people around me. Shiká’adíílwoł, shinaagóó diné bich’i̜’ ha’ííníshníi doo.
Help me get what I need to get done today. Díí jí̜ ádeeshłííł nisinígíí ałtso ádeeshłííł.
And when I fail to complete everything I think I need to do, help me not be so hard on myself. Áádóó t’áadoo bik’eh hadanisht’éhí doo t’áadoo ałtso áshłaagóó.
Rather than always focusing on the future, help me be content with the present. Náásgóó ádahodooníłígíí t’áadoo shíni’ ídinidleehí. Ákondi k’ad shił yá’áhoot’éeh doo.
I don’t know what’s ahead but you are already there. Wónáasdi áhoot’éhígíí doo shił bééhózin da nidi ni t’áá ’íídá̜á̜’ áh honíló̜.
I pray that I won't worry, rather I will put my faith in You. T’áá hat’íi da baa shíni’ dooleełígíí ałdó’ baa sodiszin. Ákondi ni t’éí yinishdlá̜a̜ doo.
In Your name I pray. Nízhi̜’ bee sodiszin.
Amen T’áá ákót’ée doo.
