The U.S.A. (i.e. THE country of "liberated" democracy with THE true Weapons of Mass Destruction) - under their present administrative leadership - attacked the sovereign nation of Iraq and wreaked military-might havoc therein, probably because Saddam and his Baathists appeared imminent to not only NOT sell Iraqi oil to Great-Satan(?) ACLU/People-Against-the-American-Way/Aholes-United-for-Separation-of-Church-from-State/National-Organization-against-Women/Planned-Parentlessness types polluting the entire nation along with homogay-pervert groups, evolutionists, abortionist groups, impatient SUV-gas-guzzling tailgaters, summertime-immodest immoral-majority americans....but also convince Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other OPEC producers to NOT sell oil to such despicable crusading american infidels EITHER.
Perhaps Saddam was even considering closing off the Caspian Sea oil-freighters shipping waterway in that part of the world where Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, and Iraq converge - thus effectively shutting off exported oil (to an America still vitally dependent upon foreign oil) plus maybe conniving to convince OPEC in Venezuela and elsewhere to sell oil to whoever in EUROS and not American dollars....thus disrupting American/British control of the world monetary-exchange system. And, of course, Saddam was reportedly helping to fund the families-of-terrorists birth cradles of Hezbollah-jihad suicidal/genocidal wackos in Israel's West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Jerusalem.
Saddam was therefore ready for retirement, and Bush Jr. forced him (along with others in Iraq with antisemitic immentality) to do just that.
Hopefully, the sheik-like present president of Iraq will be more accomodating to importing genuinely-decent Christians and their 66-book HOLY-BIBLE Christianity instead of cruel and brutal, loveless and hateful islamic tyranny.
Clinton let them in: maryolatrous-catholic Spanish-speaking Hispanics from Mexico, atheistic Russian-speaking Soviets and Chinese, Hmong and Hindu from India (and others, all of whom I can't understand as they blatter in their foreign tongues around me).
Greedy scapegoats-needed-for-9112001 warmongers lying to and inciting the present administration went after more....in Iraq.
It seems their goal is not merely to establish a permanent American military base inside the territory of Iraq, but to claim the land and vast oil reserves underneath (I guess by "divine" "right" of eminent domain of Cruise missiles, smart bombs, and F-15 fighters) as a new subdivision and extension of the Bullyboys of Imperialism.
DO we clearly need to subsidize the islamic-heresy dissidents and soldier-killer terrorists of Moslem countries with massive dollar-not-euro foreign aid...while me and my Minnesota neighbors lose jobs with inflation and megataxes besieging us into hopeless debt and poverty....as duly-frightened but ever-resentful OPEC now cautiously tries to raise the price of our imported oil to over $1.50 per gallon of gasoline in the Twin Cities area?
Hitler's Nazis (with some publicized pre-warnings) invaded Czechoslavakia, Poland, and set up ghettos before railroading those they rejected to the gas chambers. Nazi troops imposed themselves in France and Norway. Der Fuehrer's troops bombed Britain and marched toward Moscow [albeit at the wrong Siberian-winter time].
For what purpose? To expand German industrial culture plus regimented law and order [a failing American economy, increasing inflation, and joblessness?], to compensate for the humiliation of the WW I Versailles Treaty against Germany [9112001 Trade-Tower collapse?], and to exterminate Christ-rejecting jews who stubbornly and proudly remained in the fatherland to pollute it with their anti-Bible "civil-rites" anti-Christianity (in fulfilment of the Lord's accomodation to "Let His blood be on us and on our children").
According to the Federal Register, WHO signed the following Executive Order which states:
Executive Order: Confiscating and Vesting Certain Iraqi Property
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and in order to take additional steps with respect to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 12722 of August 2, 1990,
I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, hereby determine that the United States and Iraq are engaged in armed hostilities, that it is in the interest of the United States to confiscate certain property of the Government of Iraq and its agencies, instrumentalities, or controlled entities, and that all right, title, and interest in any property so confiscated should vest in the Department of the Treasury. I intend that such vested property should be used to assist the Iraqi people and to assist in the reconstruction of Iraq, and determine that such use would be in the interest of and for the benefit of the United States.
I hereby order:
Section 1. All blocked funds held in the United States in accounts in the name of the Government of Iraq, the Central Bank of Iraq, Rafidain Bank, Rasheed Bank, or the State Organization for Marketing Oil are hereby confiscated and vested in the Department of the Treasury, except for the following:
(a) any such funds that are subject to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations or the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, or that enjoy equivalent privileges and immunities under the laws of the United States, and are or have been used for diplomatic or consular purposes, and
(b) any such amounts that as of the date of this order are subject to post-judgment writs of execution or attachment in aid of execution of judgments pursuant to section 201 of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-297), provided that, upon satisfaction of the judgments on which such writs are based, any remainder of such excepted amounts shall, by virtue of this order and without further action, be confiscated and vested.
Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to perform, without further approval, ratification, or other action of the President, all functions of the President set forth in section 203(a)(1)(C) of IEEPA with respect to any and all property of the Government of Iraq, including its agencies, instrumentalities, or controlled entities, and to take additional steps, including the promulgation of rules and regulations as may be necessary, to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate such functions in accordance with applicable law. The Secretary of the Treasury shall consult the Attorney General as appropriate in the implementation of this order.
Sec. 3. This order shall be transmitted to the Congress and published in the Federal Register.

And DID Bush sign THIS Executive Order?:
I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the threat of attachment or other judicial process against the Development Fund for Iraq, Iraqi petroleum and petroleum products, and interests therein, and proceeds, obligations, or any financial instruments of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to the sale or marketing thereof, and interests therein, obstructs the orderly reconstruction of Iraq, the restoration and maintenance of peace and security in the country, and the development of political, administrative, and economic institutions in Iraq. This situation constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
I hereby order:
Section 1. Unless licensed or otherwise authorized pursuant to this order, any attachment, judgment, decree, lien, execution, garnishment, or other judicial process is prohibited, and shall be deemed null and void, with respect to the following:
(a) the Development Fund for Iraq, and
(b) all Iraqi petroleum and petroleum products [...]
[ The executive order is cleverly worded to make it seem as though all Iraqi oil revenues are going into the Development Fund for Iraq. But that's not what it says. (a) and (b) are independent above. If any oil company goes in to pump Iraqi oil, no organization can sue to have the revenues go to a just cause. The executive order says that oil companies may pump Iraqi oil without fear of lawsuits. There will be no pesky 9-11 style lawsuits to worry about. ]
Bush [along with his Israeli-and-stateside terrorists-terrorized overreactors and Defense-Department lucrative-contracts-to-rebuild-Iraq boondogglers] wanted the oil fields and refineries of Iraq. He instead [and without disrupting the potentially-wind-powered environmental wildlife of Alaska] could have ordered the mass production of cheap and efficient electric cars -- thus replacing huge consumer debt to OPEC, BP AMOCO, SHELL, TEXACO, CHEVRON, MOBIL, CITGO, etc. with renewable and rechargeable consumer dependence upon Everyeady, Ray-O-Vac, DieHards, Delco, and Radio Shack. But...pompous-ass van and SUV gas guzzlers roaring down the road in tailgating roadrage would not humble themselves to tolerate giving up powerful oil-based engines to wimpish short-distance-range weakling electric cars.
Before american/british-warmonger bullys [in their bizarrely short-sighted, sloppy, preemptive postulations] persecuted Iraq, King Saddam and his Bathe-Party enforcers ruled:
1. Peaceful Iraqi citizens allowing Saddam to [understandably] ridicule Great-Satan american evolutionists, abortionists, homoperverts, marxist professors, don't-"abuse"-kids nondisciplined shrieking toddlers, and especially sexually-harassing pervert-american inferior-gender weaker-sex flapping-jaw-feminist WOMEN MIS-dressed IN-decently [AGAINST GENERAL public view] with LOOSE long hair, SLEEVELESS naked arms, SHORTS and MINISKIRTS exposing nude legs, and bare toes and more exposed by SOCKLESS sandals during warm summer days.
2. A Baghdad with adequate, normal, and sufficient electric power, water, and sewer.
3. Active and responsive law-enforcement officials and still-alive Iraqi civilians.
4. Iraqi people who were not homeless and who had up-till-then non-bombed houses to live in.
5. Functioning hospitals and medical care.
6. Stable refineries, service stations, non-potholed/non-cratered/non-bombed runways and highways, not besieged by chaos, vandalism, nor anarchy.
7. Priceless ancient treasures of historical antiquity protected and presentable in Iraqi museums.
8. No mandatory car nor truck insurance, no personal-injury nor malpractice lawsuit-"award" settlements, no federal nor state income tax, no estate tax, no capital gains tax, and no sales tax?
9. No "equality"-"with"-men/competition-AGAINST-men feminist-sexist-twit women bossing Iraqi men around in mopheaded, sleeveless, shorts-exposing-naked-summer-legs sexually-harassing and defiling porno indecency in general public view.
10. Disruptive, anti-social, cutthroat, crazy-muslim-fanatic-faction troublemakers in political prisons -- jailed, tortured and hung as was needed for keeping the peace.
In conclusion, Iraq STILL is ONLY Iraqi territory, so Saddam supporters have a RIGHT to militarily take it BACK by FORCE and rule the land THEY THEMSELVES RIGHTFULLY OWN......
even though Iraqi citizens can now more readily be positively influenced by terrorist-threatened-but-GI-protected Christian Sunday-School teachers and administrators.
