Now-out-of-control inflation of gasoline prices at gasoline pumps is - and at this very moment - not only financially ruining and devastating the income and savings of American drivers who presently tank up every three or four days at $25 and more per fill-up, but is unduly escalating the prices consumers are presently paying for tithes and contributions to churches and Christian-PAC televangelists, household electric power and utilities to run their furnaces and major home appliances, weekly groceries, storage rentals, monthly cellphone and semi-annual post-office-boxes, monthly garbage disposal, house-repair supplies and services, home-property maintenance, apartment rentals, clothing, large and small household items, real-estate, motels, vacation and tourist trips, recreational facilities, doctors and dentists and hospitals, maternity events, school tuitions, and the endless list goes on and on.
All this nearly-incredible excessive inflation of through-the-ceiling gasoline prices is threatening the basic economic foundation, stability, and national security of the United States, including even the international security of our interdependent allies abroad.....in a disasterous way that any and all localized and limited terrorist attacks which have occurred and might occur are mere insignificant trifles in comparison.

Trolley-cars rife and reeking with newly-sobered drunks emanating hard-liquor stink permeating their shaggy clothes, bullyboy rap-"music"-noise blacks, ready to vandalizingly piss out their territorial boundaries with spray-painted graffiti, uttering incomprehensible niggar English (not to mention asians, russians, and mexicans flapping their jaws with irritatingly-non-translated jabber), pompous-ass creeps brainlessly blattering out f-k expletives every other word during their disgusting dialogues, skrieking bratty kids throwing stuff around from behind harassed passengers, which selfish brats are nonrestrained by complacent parents who say nothing or occasionally emit a wimpish "Don't" pseudo-threat now and then, being frightened to slap the non-physically-disciplined tyrants into silent submission for fear of child-abuse accusations......there are simply some people we do NOT want to travel with, concerning which scenarios we can safely say: Holy Discrimination! Security-guards-monitored strict-regulations mass-transit trains are a temporarily-timed nuisance barely beneficial for those merely going to and coming from daily-routine work for densely populated places like New York City and Chicago, but make absolutely no sense for those many cities with fewer people per square foot.

Worse than that, they are allowed to enter and travel within right-hand highway and road lanes, which lanes should be: (1) universally restricted and apportioned only to slower-moving all-battery electric vehicles, (2) clearly indicated for such slower-moving vehicles exclusively by large-enough, forcefully-worded-enough highway signs, and (3) enforced to concordantly accomodate to slower-moving all-battery electric vehicles by courageous and flashing-red-and-blue-strobe-lighted squad cars driven by consistently-courageous and legimately-angry patrol men eager to arrest, ticket, and fine violaters after the first offense.

Effective ways to direct everyone down the [correct] path of alternative-energy vehicles and power production to utilize non-pollutant environmentally-compliant resources rather than fossil-fuel gasoline include significantly increasing gasoline prices at gas pumps, plus heftily-increased parts prices, repair charges, insurance premiums, and purchase prices for gasoline-powered vehicles.......while at the same time (and I do mean SAME time!) increasing mass production of and media advertisement for deep-draw-batteries all-electric vehicles, inexpensive quality replacement parts pricing for such electric vehicles, miniscule repair charges for totally-electric vehicles, vastly-discounted vehicle insurance premiums for such electric vehicles, and almost-giveaway purchase prices for all-electric vehicles.
Heavy fines should be levied against gasoline service-station owners and operators whenever they sell gasoline for gasoline-powered vehicles, against tankers transporting gasoline to service stations, against refineries for refining gasoline and supplying tankers with gasoline, and against car dealerships whenever a car dealership sells a used and especially new gasoline-powered vehicle to anyone.
All automakers such as Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, BMW, Lexus, Toyota, VW, etc. should be heavily fined for producing and selling gasoline-powered vehicles to dealerships nationwide.
Police, sheriff, and state patrol officers should concentrate their traffic-violation arrests against those driving gasoline-powered vehicles, while substantial federal and state bonus checks in the form of outright grants should be mailed to all-electric-vehicle minimally-taxed recipients who request and apply for such free government reimbursement without having to disclose beyond-drivers-license personal identification and IRS-and-bank-related financial details.
There must be NO new oil refineries constructed anywhere within the United States from now on by Congressional legislation and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court and all lower courts. Added to that, an Executive Order from the President must disallow from henceforth any new drilling for oil within the continental U.S. and Alaska.
Extremely-high tariffs must be levied on all imports of foreign oil from any and every source.
Intense federal-and-state-funded development of wind-turbine generators must promptly be done, combined with immediate production and extensive use of photovoltiac solar cells and solar panels. Hydroelectric-generator production and implementation must be done without delay. Urban and suburban residents should then be encouraged to set their thermostats at 72 degrees for public health, and lights left on rather than switched on and off to preserve bulb lives. Many more nuclear-fusion generating plants should be constructed and operational as soon as possible.
