Step 4b: Finish drawing blobby shapes in your lace area.... |

Step 5: On the same layer as the rest of the lace, select a smaller, hard brush, and perhaps drop the pressure to 80-90%. Then... just scribble. Really.. that's all you need to do. |

Step 5b Finish scribbling on the entire body of the lace.... As you can see, I already have a completely finished portion of the lace over on the lefthand side, and the unfinished portion on the righthand side. Next, we'll be adding the shading and highlighting necessary to give the lace a more 3-d appearance. |

Step 6: On the same layer as the rest of the lace, select a larger, soft brush. Set the brush pressure down to about 10% Then, lightly stroke across each of the brightly colored fold lines from the outline layer. |

Step 7: Using the same brush as in step 6, lightly shadow the region at the top of the lace, directly underneath the skirt. |
