Tomoe Hotaru

Hotaru is by far the most unusual of the nine.  She's the oddball, as it were, and tends toward black kace.  She doesn't have many friends, due to a strange healing power that most find disturbing.

Sailor Saturn is the sailor of death and rebirth.  Her main attacks are Saturn Glaive Surprise, which sounds like a dessert, and Death Ribbon Revolution.

Ten'ou Haruka

She is the resident tomboy.  Likes cars, motorcycles and such and is sometimes taken to be of the male gender.  In the Japanese anime, she is, shall we say, involved with Michiru, but in the manga they are merely friends.

Her attacks are earth shaking, which is actually very cool, and her special sword attack.

Kaiou Michiru

Michiru plays the violin and is one of those intelligent types.  She outdoes most of the inners, even Ami...

Neptune gets the cooler portion of the water powers, as well as a magic mirror (pardon the cliche)

Meiou Setsuna

Setsuna is a mysterious woman.  Hobbies include guarding the Time gate and not much else.

Pluto is the guardian of time and can hence freeze time and such things.  she is the second powerful next to Saturn.
