IT SPECIALIST Dan Burrows has been in the Information Technology (IT) field for more than five (5) years. Dan has extensive experience in many facets of IT including, Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 databases, CISCO Data Networks (IOS 11/12.X), Data Center Operations (Systems Controls, Technical and Customer Support) and even Application Installation/Implementation End-Users Support.

Musican/Composer Dan Burrows started learning an instrument at the early age of 12. Drums proved to be too loud at home and the Trumpet too blaring to bare for his parents and friends.... Dan finally settled on the Trombone and continued playing through his high school years at Chandler High School located in Chandler, AZ, and later became an accomplished Audio Engineer and with a good friend opened a Professional Recording Studio in Wisconsin.
More recently, Dan Burrows re-united with his Trombone playing efforts and has been working on a new (soon to be released) JAZZ album with colleague/mentor. Dan has also taken up music compositional writing and has written a commercial tune with a full arrangement too. More to come on this.....
WEB Developer Five years ago Dan Burrows approached a seasoned IT DIrector (now a good friend/mentor) with the desirous prospect of becoming an IT Technical Support Analyst/Engineer and was given a start by first building rack-mounted WEB and Application Servers that were dual-processor, 3-network card based and had removable hard-drives. Installation and OS / Application implementation soon followed together with CISCO Routers (2600/3640) and CISCO Switches (2926, 5500) and WEB Server Load Balance Components.
Today Dan Burrows supports a Check/Credit Card Processing Application and serves as a Customer Services Technical Support Specialist as well as Operations Support with a Data Center that has more than 40 active servers and 100 node IGRP/EGRP routed network environment. Dan has also recently started WEB Development for both private and commerical site development and this site is a prime example of his efforts.. More on this to come....... |
