Prelude:
Growing up,
as the daughter of an Italian Capo can be so tough. Living in a mansion, going
to an exclusive Catholic school, graduating Valedictorian. College at NYU was
interesting, travelling to and from the family home, ‘No dorm for m
daughter!’ was the standard response from Angelo Romanos when the subject was
broached. Of course, on graduating, Concetta landed a job in one of the most
prestigious law firms in town—Jacobs and Vercelli. One of her first clients on
becoming a junior partner was Paul Stevens. He was handsome, he was smart, he
was well spoken and (unlike everyone else in her life) he wasn’t Italian. With
her stunning dark looks, which had taken her 29 years to grow into, the
attraction was bound to be mutual. But then, Concetta was a good Catholic girl,
never considering more than dating and kisses goodnight. Until one fateful
Sunday, Concetta, being ill, had stayed home from Church. As she descended the
stairs to the kitchen the door was thrown open and she was greeted with a hail
of bullets. As she sat up, gun in hand, ready to use her last breath on revenge,
she aimed, and pulled the trigger, only to look up at the face of Paul Stevens.
As he turned and ran, she fell back, blood seeping into the carpeted stairs.
Into this scene walked ‘Uncle’ Owen, too late to prevent her death, just in
time to facilitate her resurrection.
Since that day Concetta has been
trained as Euthanatos by Owen and Don Portonio, has taken on a trainee position
under the most famous hit man in NY—Joey Franco and has recently joined
Owen’s crew. Oh, and she watched Paul Stevens drown in his own blood… but
that’s another story.

intelligent, intimidating: basically your all-round bitch, unless you know her
well and she likes you. She’s loyal, even caring (occasionally). Not to say
that she won’t turn on you of course.
