An amused maiden watches on as The Swordsmen - Dirk Perfect and
Guido Crescendo perform acts of swordplay and teach men selected from
the audience how to properly woo their their women. I am fortunate
that Lady Mary could not make today's journey.
As we wait for the brother of Master James, we draw the
attention of a flowerhawker who begins to badger our Man at Arms
Trublood into buying a flower from his basket. Even Master James and I
are not immune to his heckling. Once again I find myself fortunate
that Lady Mary was not present this day. Unable to persuade any of
us to purchase a flower, the hawker leaves. In due time, Master
John's family arrives.

Don Rodrigo, Master James, Man at Arms Trublood, Sir Richard and
Spot of course.
I fear that a doppleganger
has befallen Master James.
A glass craftsman of Fantasies in Glass puts his pocket
dragon to good use as he spins glass into a flying horse. I am
certain that Spot would not agree to performing such a task.
