The New Odeon
Stage

Sir Richard recommended
that we see Sound and Fury at the Odeon Stage. The original Odeon or
"small theater" was constructed in 450 BC when Pericles came into power
in Athens. About three thousand patrons would be seated. But as you can
see from these pictures the view would not have been as grand as the
one we had at New Market Village. Four of ten patrons would have their
view blocked by one of the 81 columns inside.

| As we waited, I purchase a Conical of Beef at the nearby
Glad Spirits Pub. Excellent food but a mite messy. This was the first
time we saw the act of Sound and Fury. These actors perform
comical versions of Shakespeare's plays. At the end of their show,
they did the entire act in double time -- in Klingon. What is Klingon? |

The Costume
Contest
|

At the week of Hallow's
eve, a grand contest is held for the best festival clothes. Sir
Brian was begged to make an appearance, so we make our return to the
Odeon Stage. A friend of ours - the Duke of New Market Village announces
the show. Lady Fae Cynthia is urging one maiden "to suck it in". It referring
to the maiden's gut.

A little faerie gives a centaur a big hug. He hast only come to
watch the show.

A small faerie bearing a most striking resemblance to Lady Fae Cynthia
appears.

Fare thee well!
