We ate at the hub of all
paths. Large spools provided tables and trees shaded the area.
Twas the first time I used the gold coins. Captain Gareth used both the
silver and gold dollars.
As we discussed what we might see next. A small boy stands among us
and looks up in amazement. A villager makes small talk with the others
as I wander the shoppes.
Dragon Attack
We watched in awe as a blue dragon perhaps twenty feet tall made its
appearance over the village walls. Perhaps the small dragon we saw
earlier was the reason for its ire. Gareth stood ready as did we all,
but the men and women of the Dragon Attack Stunt Show had everything
under control.
A magician later entertained us. Captain Gareth and I stopped at one
shoppe and admired the work of a painter who takes a painting of
light and changes it to a painting of epic proportions. I do not recall
if it was of oil or not.
Sir Richard was impressed with the small village and wished to return
another day.
