For instance, half saiya-jins start play with 2 extra skill points and one extra feat. However, unlike humans they get an extra feat every eight levels and only receive an additional skill point every 2 levels instead of every level like humans.
Half Saiya-jins can achieve up to ssj2, but no farther, unless fused by magical items or through the fusion dance technique. They can also obtain up to 10 levels in the Kaio Ken Master prestige class.
They still turn Oozaru, and indeed still have metabollic synthesis to some degree, getting roughly half the results of a pure blood saiya-jin from such an incident.
