The House Our beach house features a magnificent vista of the inland waterway, a short walk/drive for beach access, numerous amenities, lovely plantings and garden areas, and unique architecture. Attractions in the area include quaint seacoast vistas, wonderful restaurants, theatre, shows and movies, extensive shopping, watermarks, historic tours, deep-sea fishing, an outstanding aquarium, fresh seafood, kids attractions and much much more.

Swap or Rent We are open to home exchanges anywhere in the world. Since this is a second home for us, it can be available any time of the year. Rental price is economical - because it is on the waterway (approximately and 8 minute walk to the ocean) rather than on the ocean, we discount the rental price from a comparable oceanfront house. The price varies with the season, $650 per week in high season and $450 pre and post season. Contact me with several possible dates for pricing and availability.
