Additional to daily duties I managed to achieve the following: · Coordinating with International Secretariat of Disaster Risk Reduction (ISDR) to support Yemen to implement Hyogo Framework for Action 2005-2015.(Output of WCDR) |

· Coordinating with Joint UNEP/OCHA Environmental Unit to approve Capacity-building program on Environmental Emergencies for Yemen. |

· Contributing in the progress on International Environmental Emergency Partnership Program (EEPP). |

· Arrange and coordinate for UNEP mission for Tsunami Rapid assessment 5-11 Feb.2005. |

· Arrange and coordinate for the Joint UNEP to assess Yemen capacity in Environmental Emergency 3-7 March2005. |
