On November 21, 2009 in the town of Clarksville, Virginia, the deceased body of a possible white male between the age of 35 to 69 was found floating in Kerr Lake. The individual died as a result of blunt force trauma to his head Law Enforcement is treating the investigation as a homicide. Clothing was found on the victim; blue denim jeans (Levi Strauss 30X30), a canvas belt, a white/yellow metal necklace as well as a pair of black Nike tennis shoes (size 9). There is one thing that is highly unusual about the victim that could lead to his identification. A tattoo
on his right shoulder. It is of a Doberman Pinscher's head with the word "CAPONE," (which could be the name of his dog). The date "2-14-92," is also placed underneath the dog's head.
