White Male between the ages of 20 to 30 years old killed in a hit and run accident at Interstate-75/85 Southbound near Highway 166 in Atlanta, Georgia on July 20, 1995. He died from his injuries around a year later. Victim had a large dragon tattoo that covered the middle of his chest. Victim also had additional tattoos of the word "Virgo" written in blue on his left shoulder as well as flaming blue/red star or planet in the area between his thumb and index finger. There was also a globe surrounded by letters on his left forearm.
