White Male between the ages of 35 to 50 years old. Head was not recovered. Found October 13, 1991 at 2000 E. Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Deceased had a tattoo of a cartoon thug type character with a cigar in his mouth (located on right shoulder blade of back). Other tattoos were DELL on left forearm, a skull that wore a cap that was smoking a cigarette (on right forearm). On the right middle of the chest was a tattoo of a pink panther with the name MONIQUE as well as right upper chest with a tattoo of a large busted woman with a sombrero that contains the words "Brown Sugar".
