Some Sights And Venues In Scotland That Not All The Boys Had A Chance To See

I stayed with a wild and crazy group of people....and the other scouts with me were very nice. Just kidding Kenn.

One day we travel in the rain to "The Bridge Over The Atlantic." No that is not a joke, just a quirk of nature and mapmakers. The trip also involved driving down narrow roads in the rain and mist...fun. Also, I was following Kenn (aka- Scotlands answer to Al Unser.

On my last day of homestay we hiked to a glacial rock that is also an ancient burial site. Of course the rain held off till just as we arrived at the rock. After we drowned rats hiked back to the house we headed out to see the Falkirk Wheel; a truly marvelous demonstration of mans ingenuity. To the uninformed it is a NEW type of lock system designed to reinstate a waterway system between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
