To Place Your Order:Two ways to place your orders:
E-mail or postal mail, please in NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, E-MAIL ADDRESS, HOME PHONE NUMBER and your completed ORDER. I accept POSTAL money orders ONLY. Personal Checks only apon aproval from me so please email if wanting to send personal check. Personal checks can also take up to 10 days to clear my bank. Once your check has cleared, your order will be shipped out within 1 to 3 days.
Use our reliable secured paypal shopping cart to place your orders. Your information is protected. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debt and Discover credit cards. We also except bank and paypal transfers. Your items are shipped faster using this service.
We DO NOT accept COD orders.
Items that are in stock will be shipped witin 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared. I ship all my Items Priority Mail with conformation
Rush orders on Custom made speical orders will be excepted with an additional $5.00 charge
We only ship within the USA. If you live outside the USA and would like to order an item please email certain times I can fill these request. Once your order is place, your order will be shipped within 48 hours on in Stock items. Special Orders can take a little longer for 1 to 2 weeks on shipment depends on what the item is as I do not rush my sewing, as to give you the best quality of your purchased item. I take pride in all of my sewing!
Shipping and Handling Charges:
We ship via (UPS) United Postal Server Priority Mail with conformation NOT insurence that is extra. You will receive a confirmation in your e-mail.
The online shipping rates are calculated based on the following:Order Value Rates
1 to 2 Items= $5.00
Each additional item=$1.50 more
If you would like the packages to be insured it will be an additional $2.50
On occasion it may be necessary for us to back order an item. Should this happen with your order, we will ship the items that are available and notify you immediately when the product is back in stock. Or you may have your choice to cancel the back order item. We will make every effort to ship the back order quickly.
I do not except refunds out only if it is an item that has been my mistake in error exp:size ,wrong grament sent etc. If you have a problem with your item you MUST contact me within 7 days of receiving your Item with original purchase date via e-mail I will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I reserve the right to inspect the garment and it must not show any,stains, alterations,worn,in otherwords it must be in same condition as I had shipped it out only then will I consider any replacement or refund any garments at my option. I am sorry but this is to try to prevent fautuant claims.
