RenFree - a Free vresion was already loaded to some sites. They review and then release, then it will apear on the download page. It has no limitations but only 2 action tabs working. It has an option to cancel shell extensions, as will the new 2.0 version schedules for Christmas.

What is it?
RenWiz - a file renamer utility that was designed to make it as easy as possible to rename many file at once.

Who needs it?
Anyone who needs to rename more than 10 files at once. RenWiz is a great tool for webmasters, sys admins, power users, MP3 and picture collectors, Digital camera users etc.

What are the main features? What can I do with it?
With as many file names as you want, you can add, replace and delete characters, enumerate, change extension, case, capitalize and more.1 main window with an explorer like pane to find and select files, a preview pane to see the new filenames and tabs for different actions to perform on the filenames.
RenWiz handles LFN (Long File Names) as well as MCBs (Multi character bytes for my friends from Asia).

How do I Install?
RenWiz comes with full installation support (Install and uninstall) in one file. That means there is only one file to download. The install program lets you choose folder, handles the process of copying files, creating icons, folders etc. It also creates an automatic Uninstall.

What kind of license is required?
RenWiz is Shareware of type CrippleWare. I don't make the terms. It means that Some disabled features unlock after you buy and get your registration key. There are some nag screens to remind you to register. The evaluation period is 30 days. That does not mean that the program stops working after 30 days. It means that after 30 days you are required by law to register and that I feel more comfortable to nag you even more... ;-)
