screen areas - file filter
the file filter is the botom part of the left area of the screen. it shows you a few things:
- directory path history: a list of the folders you visited - so you can easily go between two or more folders when you
add files to the preview pane for changing
- preset filters: a list of filters you can use to filter the explorer window - so you can easily choose files of a
certain type. this filter works by extension.
- limit size: a little nifty thing that lets you filter the files that show in the explorer pane by filename size.
