Seedless Raspberry Jelly

Our Seedless Raspberry Jelly contains only three ingredients:

(1) Strained Fresh Raspberries
(2) Pure CANE Sugar
(3) Pectin

(a small amount of water is added to properly extract juice and pulp, and to help dissolve sugar and pectin)
Citric Acid, in the form of lemon juice, has been added to some of our jelly; this is necessary for the pectin to set properly.

Our 2007 Jelly is IN THE JARS!

Although our raspberry crop was significantly smaller this year, we were able to
augment them with some frozen berries from last year.
The resulting jelly is as good as any we've made.

At this time, our Raspberry products are not for sale.
We will, however, gladly trade a jar of our jelly for a similar
amount of your product.
