To make the moire effect,you need a textured plastic sheet.
You also need to make a thin stripe sheet.This thin sheet
can be layered over a plain background sheet. Lay this stripe
sheet against the textured plastic sheet to make it one and pass
this thru the pasta machine to number 5 or what ever thickness
you want. I would think that you would need a release on the
plastic sheet before you place it with the stripe sheet.
I always use baby powder. But use whatever you like.
