The EBA is an NBA Live 2003 Sim

The EBA Rosters were accurate to the date at the start of the recruiting because of a roster patch I downloaded for my game. (The patch updated player ratings, added rookies etc.)

The EBA is simmed using FRANCHISE MODE which is unusual for a sim but it is also more competitive and fun.

In Franchise mode after the season there will be Player Retirements, a Live Draft consisting of 2 rounds (Computer Generated Rookies) and a Trading Period.

For the draft I will show all the Computer Generated Rookies scouting reports and where they were expected to fall.

Each team will start with $50 Mil that cash can be used to pay for Free Agents, Trades and Auctions.

Auctions may include players from overseas who were late to come over and couldn't enter the draft, or players who retired and are making a comeback.

Auctions will take place every couple weeks

The EBA will sim 2 weeks (in the game) per sim.
