RETURNING TO THE "LIGHTNESS" OF YOUR SPIRIT SELF

Beloved masters, turn inward for a moment as we merge our energy with yours, and sense where you feel "heavy" within your body and where you feel "light" or where there seems to be no stress or impacted energy. Our beloved messenger often states at her seminars, "I sit so lightly within my body," and by that she means that she feels no pain or stressful areas where her physical vessel is crying out for attention, and her awareness is sharp and focused on the Still Point and Power of the Now moment. When there is a free-flow of energy throughout your physical vessel there are no restrictions, no limitations as to where the "Light" can penetrate. Once you attain this awareness, you begin to feel Spirit stir within and you are totally and vibrantly aware of your surroundings, what you are doing, and your senses are heightened and sharply in focus. In this state, you are functioning as what we call "a living meditation," and you are well on your way to self-mastery.

We have given you the exercise and mantra, "Breathe in Light," whereby on the inbreath you visualize the Light coming down through your crown chakra and moving down your spinal column as it swiftly spirals down into the crystalline core of the Earth, and you state your intent to "Breathe out Love," on the outbreath as the energy flows back up through your lower chakras and out the front and back of your heart chakra. When you do this with the intent of radiating unconditional Love/Light to all humanity and your planet, you are performing a great service and you truly will be "Spreading the Light."

We will use the terms "lightness" and "heaviness" to give you another perspective of the Light and dark/shadows of polarity/duality. Now we are not speaking of size or mass when we say heaviness, we are speaking of density. After you had assisted in creating many wondrous things in the material realm, including your planet Earth, it was time for you to encase your crystalline "Light" form in a cloak of flesh. In the beginning, you were much larger than any human beings are now. The average size of human beings at that time was from twelve to fifteen feet tall and all of you were quite large in size; however, you were very "light" in density. You could shape-shift and merge with other forms and you moved lightly across the land. Gradually over the many aeons of time, your physical form has changed many times as you became more compressed and weighed down by density. Your God Spark diminished in size until your "lightness" was compressed into the Diamond Core God Cell within your Sacred Heart. You radiated all the colors of the twelve rays of God Consciousness in the beginning and you were magnificent to behold. Your "Light" proceeded you and radiated forth in an aura of great beauty, love and power.

This holds true for the Earth as well. Your planet was "Light and bright" and not nearly as dense and impacted as it is now. The Light of Creation flowed freely through the ley lines and the great underground tunnel system that crisscrossed and totally encompassed the Earth. The great earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes and destructive weather patterns did not begin to occur until after the Earth sank into density and the stress and strain began internally. Those of the great Devic kingdom, who oversee and rule the elements, know that in order for the Earth to "Lighten up" once more so that the ascension process can successfully take place, your planet must return to balance, it must release or transmute much of its density and a vast portion of the damage humanity has wrought must be rectified. The great Devic Angels are also trying to get your attention: radical changes must be made and time is of the essence. No one race, group of people or area is being punished or chosen specifically to experience the devastating events that are occurring more and more frequently. The people around the world who are suffering as a result of these cataclysmic events are not being punished and are not victims of fate. In alignment with universal laws, each person had to agree at a soul level to be a part of or a catalyst for the great changes that are now rampant on Earth, in whatever way it was to play out in the future; it was a part of their chosen Divine Mission on Earth. It is a painful way to get people's attention; however, for those who take heed, it can result in the "great awakening" and change their lives for the better thereafter.

The reason these times are so unsettling, as we have explained in so many different ways, is that you are in the midst of reversing the process of devolution into evolution, or releasing density and reclaiming the "Lightness of Spirit." It matters not your size, structure, race, creed or religion, but how the energy flows within and throughout your four lower bodily systems. If you have a lot of heavy/negative, impacted energy within, it will slow down or restrict the Light. As we have told you, the magnitude and strength of the energy of Creation or Creator Light has and is increasing at an astounding rate. Whenever this Light finds density, negativity or impacted energy of any kind, it will try to penetrate and transmute that energy in order to bring it back into balance and harmony with the natural vibrations of higher Creation. As you can see, this is causing great pain and suffering to humanity and to the Earth as well.

We will remind you again, when you go into your Pyramid of Power/Light in the higher fifth dimension and radiate unconditional Love/Light to humanity and the Earth, you are aligning your will with the Creator's Will and your vibrant energy is added to the powerful mix of Creator Light that we, the angel realm, are in charge of. We then use this blessed energy to transmute the density in whatever way or wherever it will be the most effective. You may not believe this, but you, the Light workers/warriors, have helped divert and eliminate many more powerful cataclysmic events than have occurred in recent times. You are much more powerful than you realize, especially as a collective whole.

Many of you have become more fearful of the future as you hear and read about the dire events that have been and are being predicted. We will not try to diminish the seriousness of the times or that there will be an increase of "cleansing" around the planet; however, we do ask you to focus on the positive things in your world and to look for the miracles that are coming your way daily. Remember, whatever you focus your attention on, you reinforce that thought form and reality. Yes, there will be radical changes. Yes, time is of the essence; however, do not discount the fact that you are receiving maximum assistance from the higher realms, the legions of Light, and the angelic kingdom, and a multitude of great Beings from throughout the Omniverse are here as well to assist you and your planet in this incredible birthing process. You are emerging out of the womb of density into the radiant new Light of Creation, a birthing into a new state of Being, and eventually a wondrous new Golden Galaxy will be made manifest.

Last month, we told you that we would have our messenger complete the overview of the major religions of the world; therefore, we will devote a portion of this message to explaining some of the lesser-known religions which are nevertheless important to your overall understanding.

JAINISM: Jainism began about 2,500 years ago in India. Its founder was Nataputta Vardhamana, known as Mahavira, "the great hero." Its major scriptures are the Jain Agamas and Siddhantas. There are about six million adherents, almost exclusively in central and South India, especially in Bombay. Jainism strives for the realization of the highest perfection of the human state, for in our original purity we were free from all pain and the bondage of birth and death. The term Jain is derived from the Sanscrit word jina, "conqueror." Jainists believe there is sacredness of all life, that one must not injure any sentient creature, that each person's soul is eternal, and each must conquer himself by his own efforts. Their ultimate goal is eternal release from the wheel of birth and death, and the concomitant attainment of Supreme knowledge and becoming a perfected soul.

SIKHISM: Sikhism began about 500 years ago in Northern India, now known as Pakistan. Its founder was Guru Nanak and its major scripture is The Adi Granth. There are about nine million followers, mostly in India's state of Punjab. They believe in God as the Sovereign One , the omnipotent, immortal and personal Creator, a Being beyond time who is called Sat Nam. They believe that salvation lies in understanding the Divine Truth and that man/woman's surest path lies in faith, love, purity and devotion. Their goal is to be freed of all limitation in order to become cocreators and co-present with God.

ZOROASTRIANISM: Zoroastrianism began about 2,600 years ago in ancient Iran. Its founder was Spenta Zarathustra and its major scriptures include portions of the Zend Avesta (Persian). There are about 125,000 believers, mostly near Bombay, where they are called Parsis. They believe there are two great Beings in the universe. One, Ahura Mazda, created man/woman and all that is good, beautiful and true, while the other, Angra Mainya, vivifies all that is evil, ugly and destructive. They believe that we have free will to align ourselves with good or evil, that the soul is immortal and upon death passes over hell by a narrow bridge-the good crossing safely to Heaven and the evil falling into hell. They believe that purity is the first virtue, truth the second, and charity the third, and that we must discipline ourselves by good thoughts, words and deeds. Their goal is to be rewarded with a place in heaven where the soul will be with God, sharing His blessed existence forever.

SHAMANISM: This broad term includes thousands of tribal indigenous faiths which have existed on every continent since long recorded history. Beliefs include a deep sense of the sacredness of life and of the Earth, communion with Spirit guides and in the ability of man to live in harmony with and influence nature.

SPIRITUALISM: Spiritualism holds that there is another, perhaps deeper, reality on "the other side" which can be contacted by mediums or psychics who have sufficient sensitivity. It is one of the oldest forms of communion.

It has touched me deeply to learn about other religions, as well as to hear Lord Michael's message of tolerance combined with "moving on" beyond religion. I would like to share something with you that you may or may not feel prompted to put in your synopses. I just learned this five minutes ago, by the way. The word religion is from the Latin word "religare" which means....get ready for this...TO BIND. I thought that was so revealing. In love and Light eternally, I AM Allen."

Beloveds, why not do a spiritual housecleaning and be brave enough to break the bonds of all the old outmoded, restrictive, and limiting beliefs that have kept you tethered in the density of miscreation? Why not do some deep soul searching and determine for yourselves: what is your "Truth" (not that of someone else), and the philosophy of life you wish to live by? We have asked you many times before to begin to investigate all facets of Creation and your spiritual beliefs, for you are moving into spiritual adulthood and must come to a greater understanding of the workings of the universe, the universal laws and the science of spirituality as well as the emotional nature of spirituality. We tell you that you have experienced every root race, you have been every color and you have changed gender over and over so that you could experience the magnificent will and power of our Father God in the masculine form and the exquisite compassion and creativity of our Mother God in the feminine form. It is time to bring all facets of your true Beingness together in one empowered, dynamic and focused Spirit/Human Being, and this means releasing all the density of the past in whatever form. Are you brave enough to step out of the bounds of tradition, culture, family orientation and gender identification in order to regain the "Lightness" of your Spirit Self? We believe you are. Know that we are with you every step of the way, and you will not go wrong if you always seek the highest truth/good for yourself and for all humanity. We radiate the shining aura of Love/Light from our Father/Mother God to each of you. Know we are ever near to guide, inspire and protect you.
