ASCENSION OVERVIEW SEEKING PEACE FROM WITHIN The Complete Ascension Manual - How to Achieve Ascension in this Liftime This is a good ascension primer. I bought it several years ago and I still refer to it quite frequently. The book contains detailed information on the monad, higher self and soul extension as well as information on the levels and planes of existence in the Universe, and the Ascended Masters and their roles. What is Lightbody?
This was one of the first books that I was led to in my own ascension process. I found it to be very comprehensive and easy to understand. Archangel Ariel teaches about Lightbody levels through Tachi-Ren, who is an Angelic walk-in. According to the author, "These levels are not a measurement of personal spiritual achievement. Your Spirit determines your appropriate Lightbody level, depending on your Divine design, your incarnational grid within the hologram, and what is needed to serve the planetary ascension". Learn about your etheric bodies, the embodied and unembodied chakras, the axiotonal system, the higher dimensions, the 12 levels of Lightbody, and the mutational symptoms you may experience during the ascension process and how to deal with them more effectively. There are many tools and techniques for greater ease in your process along with all the invocations. Ariel details what one may experience physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually at each level of Lightbody initiation. I found the section on the ascension process mutational symptoms to be very helpful.
