REBIRTHING, also known as conscious connected breathing, is a simple yet powerful tool that can be used for pleasure, quick and permanent stress release, increased feelings of health and aliveness, self empowerment, and personal/spiritual growth. Other far reaching effects of rebirthing are: eliminating toxins from your body, healing in relationships, especially the one with yourself, feeling more safety and well being, and reconnecting with your bliss. Discovered in 1975, rebirthing has been successfully practiced by thousands of people around the world.
The purpose of rebirthing is to build more energy and aliveness in the body, flushing out negative or unwanted "junk" from the body. Seventy five percent of the toxins from our 27 trillion cells, are released through breathing. And because dis-ease cannot live in a high oxygen environment, rebirthing aids the body in revitalizing itself and lowering the effects of stress on the body.
It is said that rebirthing is "a way to come home to yourself, remembering who you are and why you are here." It is a safe, easy, and gentle way of allowing yourself to feel your feelings, while at the same time, locating and releasing unconscious causes of negativity in your life. The way you breathe reveals your basic attitudes toward life, therefore, in the course of a rebirthing session, your breath naturally restores itself to the balance and harmony it has known all along. Becoming aware of that which is holding you back in life, you are now able to free yourself, to reverse the old patterns and programing, and begin to heal the past. You are now free to make new choices, empower youself, raise your self-esteem, and feel a new spiritual certainty. Excitement about life is renewed.
In a rebirthing session, you are gently guided by a professionally trained rebirther, to a fuller and freer breath. The rebirther is an anchor, and somewhat of a cheerleader, someone who provides a safe environment and a positive context for your growth. As you breathe, you feel increased energy. As you relax, this energy dissolves tension and stress, and pleasure replaces pain.
Rebirthing is not therapy, nor is it a substitute for it. It is not a religion. Quite simply and remarkably, it is a breathing process which deeply touches the mind, body, and spirit. It is a tremendous gift to yourself, a way to support yourself in making changes that when attempted alone, may seem difficult and painful.

I chose the name Essence Breathwork for my business name because with rebirthing, for the first time I was able to feel the "essence" of who I really was as a human being, and was finally able to see the essence of life.
For over 6 years I have been supporting clients in their discovery of who they really are. My passion for, and respect of the breath and my strong desire to help people discover their human potential led me to pursue a career in a rapidly growing field of breathworkers. My playful spirit and ever increasing aliveness allow me to creat a safe, loving, and gentle atmosphere to support a clients growth.
I have been professionally trained by Rebirther Trainers from around the world. I also continue to expand my knowledge by attending workshops, continuing to get rebirthed by other professional rebirthers, assisting at rebirthing workshops, and keeping up on the latest developments in the personal growth field.
I am available for private sessions, group work, and leading workshops and seminars.
I am happily married and live with my husband in the Northwestern part of Connecticut. We are excitedly planning a family.

Dynamic and articulate as an international lecturer, yet loving and compassionate as a therapist and spiritual healer, Hermann is a realist, who works at the most basic and simple level of human understanding. Hermann has a wealth of channelled esoteric information to be applied at a practical level to bring a balance and understanding into daily life. He reads thousands of faces and the body conditions as their case history and uses this as a therapeutic tool to free his clients from their physical, emotional, and mental challenges. The series of workshops and seminars he facilitates, are planned to reach people in whatever work or belief system they have.
Hermann says that the key word is COMMUNICATION
Born in India in 1936, of German grandperents, he grew up and studied in an American Jesuit School in Jaipur. Five years as a teacher and an athletics coach was followed by nine years in North East India and eleven years in New Guinea as a plantation manager. Back in Australia in 1978, Hermann worked with the Intellectually Handicapped Services for seven and a half years. With his international background and work experience he has devoted the rest of his years to pursue his personal and spiritual growth and the esoteric sciences.
