.....We just purchased this investment property located in New Haven, CT, on March 9th. This property is a one family colonial unit, with eleven rooms, (7 bedrooms) and one and a half bath and many upgrades. It is zoned for office or business use, and has the potential to be turned into a two family.

.....Break open the Champagne!!! We did it again (property #5). Thanks to my great team of real estate professionals, (Led by Carmelo Torres of Coldwell Bankers), We closed on this investment property on March 29th. This house, located in the Hill section of New Haven, was totally renovated from its new roof, new furnaces, hot water heaters, and everything in between. Each apartment, in this three family house, has three bedrooms with all new carpet, appliances and other great stuff..and is in move in condition. We will probably seek section 8 tenants.

This property, located in New York City, is a timeshare and was purchased for recreational and investment purposes in 2003.

This timeshare located in Newport, RI was purchased for pleasure, in 1999. We rent it periodically (week 38). It has beautiful waterviews of the harbor and was updated recently. A jacuzzi was added in the bathroom as well as new furniture and appliances throughout.
