I was born in the true farmlands of Letcher, South Dakota. I picked up my love for art and painting once I was old enough to hold a crayon. Those two hobbies fill up my free time in addition to going to the gym and playing soccer. I use color and texture in my painting to make them standout and it gives them more sense of detail. I’ve always thought of painting as capturing all that you feel and expressing it to others in your own, personal, creative way. There’s no wrong way of painting. Everyone has his or her own style. Drafting classes at Haddam-Killingworth High School guided me to my love for architecture. I currently work in an architect firm in my small hometown, Killingworth, located in Connecticut. Nicole A.
