TAZ 2 the WWF
Dave Scherer reports that the WWF will announce the signing of ECW's World
Heavyweight Champion Taz some time this week.
J.R. hinted the signing of Taz in his latest version of the Ross Report when
he stated Expect the Federation to announce the signing of another top competitor
very soon. This one even surprised J.R.
Also from Scherer is that Taz has always been on a handshake deal with ECW
and is on such a deal through the end of this year. ECW's management team,
including their lawyers, have made it clear that they will enforce that agreement
with Taz through 12/31/99 and they expect him to honor that deal. Taz has
given no indication otherwise.
