Photos due 4/29, 5/27, 6/30, 7/29, 8/31, 9/30 & 10/28

MUST be 5 photos to award an age div PAID, if less the photos will be held for the following month.
July did NOT have 5 entries, so any July photos will be entered for August.

SEVEN OVERALL PHOTO WINNERS (April, May, June, July, August, September & October then one of these lucky winners will also be the GRAND SUPREME PHOTO WINNER.
Each overall winner will receive:
PAID entry (Beauty, Model & 1 Photogenic) to the 1999 New England Star National Pageant(11/19-11/21)
Their winning photos will be featured in the 1999 New England Star National Program Book
Their photos will be featured on the New England Star/Sweetheart Website!

The Grand Supreme winner will receive full "SUPREME" entry PAID (Beauty/Formal, Model, 1 Photogenic, 1 Covergirl, Talent, Outfit of Choice, Swimwear, & Casual/Fashion)& 2 tickets to the NE Star Party.Her/his photo will be featured on a full page in the program book. If the Grand Supreme is from the ages (0-4) in addition to their Beauty, Model, Photogenic fees PAID, they will receive their Covergirl entry (and Under 5 Talent if they would like) and a WONDERFUL prize. This is because ages 0-4 do not compete in Outfit of Choice, Swimwear or Casual/Runway.
(Registration fee is not included, which covers your videos, program book and parent admission pass.)

Entry fee is just $10.00 for the 1st photo, $5.00 each additional photo per month, enter as many photos as you like. You must include a S.A.S.E. to have your photo returned.
We will accept B&W or Color photos (any size including wallet), laser prints, or .JPG files.

Remember to include the contestant's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if you have one), age and the photographer's name so credit can be given.

If sending a .JPG photo e-mail to joerez@concentric.net, remember to include the information above with the photo or via snail mail with your check.

If the winner has already sent in their application and deposit to the pageant, they will receive a refund!
Photos will be returned as soon as they are scanned, we will NOT keep your original photo.The GRAND SUPREME will be chosen from the scanned photos.

Monthly winners can not reenter the 99 Star photo contest, but runner-ups and finalists CAN.

Monthly Photo Winners need to submit their application to get in the line-up.
